We stayed at the Sheraton Hanoi West for six days with our family, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location and condition were great, but what really made our stay special was the friendly and attentive staff. The food was amazing, especially at the Club Lounge and lobby restaurant, where the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Our child loved it so much, they kept asking to eat at the hotel for every meal! We also had a lot of fun at the pool. Even though it was small, we had it all to ourselves, which made it perfect. The spa was incredible too—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Had a great time here with my family, our first trip to Hanoi. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet war a big plus as part of our stay, excellent quality and food. Employees were very hospitable and professional. One stood out was Dung Le( I think that's his full name). His level of attentiveness and attention to detail was way above and beyond expectations since we have young kids that need extra help with luggage. He gave great suggestions to local palces to visit as well, seems to have great knowledge and experience in the industry. A small negative for the kids was a cold swimming pool though they swam in it anyway. Overall a great first hotel experience that sets the tone for our entire trip in HN.

異國他鄉能入住同胞開的酒店，榮幸之至。前台熱情，中文接待非常方便。衞生碾壓河內一眾大牌酒店。更幸運的是，他國聞鄉音，加之潮粵美食，一掃颱風過後的陰霾。

Stayed here 2 nights in a Deluxe Room and I was amazed by the grand view to the city, and by the offered services. The room was super spacious with fully equipped kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was so nice and fresh. The light meal on the 17th floor in the late afternoon and evening was absolutely fantastic. My compliments to Lap, the manager of the 17th-floor restaurant (my apology if I wrongly remember his name), for his warm hospitality. Certainly the best of the best!

Un hermoso hotel en Hanoi. Las instalaciones en la habitación son muy limpias y de buena calidad. La gestión y el personal son excelentes. Me gusta el restaurante. Es adecuado para seminarios y reuniones de tamaño medio. Me encantaría volver. El hotel está muy cerca de las agencias gubernamentales y los mercados urbanos.

Buena ubicación, personal amigable, buen servicio y situado en el área de negocios. Muchos restaurantes aquí y tengo que probar 3 restaurantes de Limones que sirve bufete (frescos alimentos de mar y deliciosas opciones occidentales. En general, me disfruté realmente de mi estancia en Intercontinental.  

Me encanta este hotel. Estupendo y amigable personal. La cama era cómoda, la habitación era espaciosa. La piscina tiene una vista maravillosa. Espero volver aquí otra vez. Mejor valor, fácil de acceder a algún lugar como el Lotte Center, Vincom y Keangnam marca 😅😅

Found this new hotel online, a great new hotel in town. New facilities, rooms are likely resident’s style, big spaces for family and group of friends. I was on business trip and dont have much time for family affairs when the kids are enjoying the swimming pool Foods are reasonable , the sky bar is fine but drinks are not really special. Hotel staff are ok, especially the receptionist at night , he is very concentrated and also helping much for us during late arrival,l (i think he is the manager) Generally, its good to stay here and hopefully to come back for longer-stay

Instalaciones: refrigerador, mesa de comedor, sofá, mesa de café, bar y equipamiento común. Higiene: muy limpia Servicio: el camarero de la recepción puede hablar claramente en varios idiomas. Medio ambiente: aquí se alojan muchos empresarios no vietnamitas y todos son muy amables.

It was one of my best stays in these 10years. The property gives us laid-back feeling with lake view from huge windows. People nowadays prefer to build up many stories, but this property has 8 layers. This low layered building makes us feel more comfortable feeling. It reminded us we were nature being. From the first touch was great. The club lounge personnel did hard work to meet our request of the room that I had asked them in a last minute. Ms.Sunny, Ms.Thu welcomed us with big smiles and Ms.Tram Le who is a loyalty manager came out to greet us in very polite way. I was really impressed. She is a very thoughtful person that she gave us 120% comfortable feelings even after checking out. She allowed us staying club lounge and spa area until our departure to the airport. (My flight was mid night)!! Everyone was great and kind in the club lounge. Ms.Sua, Ms.Thoa and Mr. Linh Do. They are really kind well noticed. Food was good but most of them are Korean food. If there were more Vietnamese local food, it would be nicer. Our room was beautiful. We were assigned to a suite room with lake view. It was spacious. Interior was calm and cozy. Amazingly, every single person working this hotel is very professional. I know how hard to hire such high-quality service provider nowadays but all of them are on very high standard. Swimming pool and sauna area was very nice. It took off our tiredness in a day. There was huge jacuzzi, sauna and shower room. The swimming pool was warm heated, and we could swim even at nighttime without freezing. The people working there were also very attentive with warm attitude. There is a very local town just in front of the hotel. You just get into a small street inside. It is so much fun to take time to explore there. You will see the local people life there. There are so many small shops like barber, butcher, Vietnamese noodle house, fruits shop, laundry shop, sinh to stand etc. I would like to be back this hotel again. Everything was really nice. If you are thinking where to stay in Ha Noi, I am sure this hotel is the best choice. とても素敵なホテルでした。働いている人、部屋、雰囲気、プール、サウナ、ジム、朝食、クラブラウンジ。全てにおいて平均値が高かったです。 最近ベトナムでは高いビルが流行りでどんどんホテルも高層化していますが、このJWマリオットはあえての8階建て。直前にインターコンチネンタルホテルの６９階に泊まってから来たのですが、この低層仕様がむしろ人間としてほっとする空間であることを痛感しました。また目の前が国際会議場で広々とした池が広がっているので、都市にありながらもリゾートっぽさも感じられ、リラックスできました。 部屋はジュニアスイートにアップグレードしていただき、朝食も本来ならばラウンジでとるはずだったのですが、JWカフェで食べてもいいよ、と仰っていただきました。 ステイを楽しんでほしいから！とチェックインを担当して下さった方が仰っていましたが、本当にその言葉通りすべてにおいて私たちのステイが良いものになるよう心配りを随所でしてくださいました。 ハノイの中心部からは離れていましたが、バイクを借りたので問題ありませんでした。バイクでバッチャンに行ったりオールドタウンに行ったり、西湖の周りを回ったりとかなり忙しく過ごしましたが、日中の街中の喧騒からホテルに帰ってきてリラックスできるギャップが私たちのスタイルには合っていました。 プールは温室温水で夜運動がてら泳ぐには丁度良かったです。サウナエリアも綺麗で、水風呂はありませんが氷の出る部屋（？）と巨大なジャグジー、シャワーの個室が4つとラウンジャー２つ。着替える場所も広く清潔でした。 クラブラウンジも営業時間が長く、プールサウナが22時までで、そのあと水分補給に立ち寄れるので便利でした。また子供の時間制限もなく良かったです。その代わりラウンジの雰囲気を保つため、スピーカーで電話をし始めた方にやんわり注意をしたり、トングを使わずに手でクッキーを取っている人にトングを使ってくださいね、とラウンジの方が優しく仰っているところにプロフェッショナルな姿勢を感じました。大人子供関係なく、きちんとマナーを守ってある程度の静かな雰囲気を保つためにホテルの方
