- Очень сложно было найти. Местоположение на картах не соответствует реальности. Помогли местные жители, искали больше часа.
- Дали не тот номер, которые бронировали. Мы ожидали студию с большим окном, балконом и кухней в номере, как на фотографиях. Но номер оказался с маленьким окном и решеткой.
- Кухня была за дверью. У кухни была не высокая смежная стена с соседским номером и решеткой на потолке, где был виден этаж выше. С кухни заходил большой таракан. А также было очень хорошо слышно соседей.
- Холодильник был теплый, хотя включен в сеть.
- Большие щели под дверями, откуда легко может заползти таракан. Он оттуда и заполз.
- Отсутствие вентиляции в комнатах. Вентиляция в туалете - дыра в стене, которая выходит в общий коридор.

If you are looking for a cheap accommodation to work/study, this could be your place. There is shopping mall near the hotel and you can find for example McDonald's and Uniqlon there. The staff is friendly and they even wash my laundry for free but you have to ask for room cleaning separately. The dishes were sticky but otherwise the room was clean.
The map doesn't show the location correctly but it shows the right street, which is not long. Just try to look for the building in the picture. Next to the garrage, there is an alley, where you can find another garrage, which is also the entrance for the hotel.

YYulia Yulia GoRoom is big and comfort. Facilities was perfect! The lady who in frontdesk was so nice and helpful but very poor in english,so we need to spent time to communicate with..😅😅. But beside that everything was good to stay here. And the pho Infront the hotel was so delicious 👍🏻.

The manager is a very pleasant guy who strives to give you a good staying and with a sense of pride in his job (a rarity these days).
All the staff were very polite,friendly,attentive and helpful!!!!!!!
They also organised an airport drop off,at a very affordable price.
Spotlessy clean hotel and room.
I can't recommed it enough.
If I would ever go back to Hanoi,I would definitely book there again.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The staff at Cristina Boutique Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
The room was tastefully decorated and exuded a cozy charm that instantly put us at ease. After a long day of traveling, the comfortable beds were a welcome respite, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The room also offered all the modern amenities we needed, making our stay even more convenient.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff. They took the time to understand our travel plans and offered valuable insights about Hanoi and Sapa.
The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful affair. We were treated to a delicious spread of both Vietnamese and western dishes. The only downside we encountered was the limited space during breakfast hours. It seemed that many guests were trying to have breakfast around the same time, resulting in some waiting in the lobby. We would like to suggest that the hotel consider scheduling breakfast times for guests, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience.
The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, we were within walking distance of several popular attractions and the bustling Old Quarter. This allowed us to explore the city's vibrant culture and heritage in the limited time we had.
Overall, our one-night stay at Cristina Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. RramokokoThis hotel is incredible. Location within a local street, can be very busy during morning peak and evening too. It is surrounded by many local F&B stalls/shops (PhoBo-Beef Rice Soup Noodles, Ga-Chicken) and middle level F&B (Tien Sushi, BBQ & beer, and one nearby big Beer and grill restaurant).
Its facilities include indoor swimming pool/jacuzzi, gym, alfresco cafe, International cum Japanese Breakfast buffet, a rather Chinese roast delight restaurant, local mini mart, a chill out bar).
What makes me book a few times : International cum Japanese Breakfast buffet, Clean and quiet room designed according to Japanese decor.

Ubicación: Muchos lugares alrededor del casco antiguo están a poca distancia, el vecindario no es tan ruidoso por la noche.
Higiene: Bueno, el personal hizo todo lo posible para que estuviera limpio, aunque ocasionalmente hay algunos pequeños insectos. Además, el paquete de bastoncillos de algodón que proporcionan estaba medio usado. La sábana, la toalla, la almohada y la manta estaban limpias y huelen bien.
Servicios: Sugiera traer su propio champú y gel de baño, los que le proporcionaron no fueron los mejores que pudo conseguir.
Servicio: El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Aunque hubo algunos problemas con la habitación (por ejemplo, el control remoto del televisor y la caja fuerte no funcionaban), encontraron a alguien que lo arreglara rápidamente.

UUsuario invitadoThe slippers that were provided for walking around the room was too loud, where it is difficult to be quiet when walking around in them. The husband is also uptight in not letting people eat in the dining area but outside which I can understand and could go along with, because they don't want the guest to leave garbage or get their table dirty, but they need to at least leave a garbage can outside so the guest don't have to leave it on the ground. I didn't like how I couldn't find a place to throw my ice cream wrapper away when I ate it outside and had to end up throwing it in the garbage of another person's place.
I also didn't like the location of how it was out of the city center where it wasn't near any grocery stores or open fruit and vegetable, and meat markets. Just by a bunch of restaurants some being a bunch of aggressive jerks sitting outside waiting for bystanders to walk by where they try to aggressively approach you to get you to eat at their restaurant. I need a place where I can use a kitchen to cook food for myself. I don't need to eat out every day.
These owners are a bit shady at times in that when I did came in early where it was not time for me to check in where I was willing to wait until my room is ready, their son had the nerve to try to make a few bucks off me in that if I pay them a few bucks, I can have my room before the check in time which was a bit tacky. The husband didn't give me very good advice when he told me that staying at this place is good for going into the city center and coming back, which it isn't for me, because I have to take the bus 1 hour and 45 minutes to the city center which is a longways. What lousy advice for my situation like he was trying to convince me to stay longer just so that they can make more money off of me. This was a little tacky too. Good for them, but not good for me.
I also didn't like how they send my clothing to a cleaner when I thought they were going to wash it in their washer and hang it up on their clothesline on their top floor. Not only that, but the cleaners lost my dress pants in the process or probably even stoled it and kept it for themselves and not really telling me the truth. I told them about this and they said that the cleaners who they sent it to didn't know what happen to it. The owners were even trying to try to lie a little bit by saying that I never gave them a dress pants for them to wash which is a bunch of ********.
They could have just let me use their washer where I could have used my own detergent to wash my clothing and hang it up to dry on their clothesline on the rooftop of their place where I would have paid them for it. For all I know these cleaners that they sent my clothing to for them to wash could be their friend and they are trying to help give their friends the business for any of their guests that has laundry for them to use. These cleaners are probably a bunch of thieves for all I know that probably looked through guests clothing for things that are valuable which they take and pretend that they don't know anything about it when the guests inquire of it. This is another shady tactical thing that they are probably doing as well.
I even asked them if they could compensate me which would not have amounted to much which they had refused. They didn't even have the nerve to apologize to me but to only lie to me by telling me ******** that the cleaners who they sent guests clothing to never lose any of their clothing which is a bunch of ********. All of this could have been avoided had they either let me use their washer or they wash it for me in their washer where I would have paid them. Do not trust these people with your clothing!!!!

CcassapocketLa limpieza es un poco de sos. Las toallas son amarillas. Pero la habitación es limpia, la cama es cómoda, la ducha es caliente.
La comida aquí es mala - sugerir no comer aquí.
TV couldn’t work and wifi was down the whole stay (not rly their culprit, twas due to the typhon)

UUsuario invitadoI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
