Only positive about this hotel is the tea fields you can see and the friendliness.
This is definitely not a hotel for foreigners. Too expensive for what you get, overrated! To start not clean at all, in every corner you saw dirty stuff. For sure little animals in the walls because every time dust came more out of the walls. The pillows of the outside chairs are dirty and damaged. Then the bed: nowhere it was mentioned that the mattress is a waterbed. Terrible if you’re not used to it. Then the airco which is really needed makes so much noise you become awake of it.
Last but not least when we entered the room the first night we found a very big cockroach. For a new hotel it looks dirty and messy.
Take also into account that it’s near a busy road (visitors for bamboo path) so it’s very crowdy already from 6.00 am, not very peaceful.

帶爸媽來杭州玩，這次在攜程上選中了雅適民宿，主要是衝著可以體驗採茶而來。我們是5月10日入住的，雖然已經接近採茶尾聲，茶葉品質不算最頂級，但整個體驗非常棒！老闆親自帶我們採茶、炒茶、打包，滿滿的儀式感和人情味。
民宿旁邊就是雲棲竹徑，步行過去衹要三五分鐘。一定要去這個景區走一走，非常安靜，竹林茂密，是天然的“吸氧地”，散步其中特別舒服，適合放鬆心情。
民宿位置也很便利，離西湖、雷峯塔、靈隱寺都不遠，門口就有多路公交直達各大景點，公交車不僅便宜而且能直接到景區入口，比打車還方便。
下午可以喝杯龍井，看着茶山生活好不愜意。
房間雖小一點但床很舒服，晚上睡得特別香。最值得一提的是老闆和服務員態度都非常熱情，讓人感覺賓至如歸。這次入住整體體驗非常好，推薦給想體驗茶文化、親近自然、又想出行方便的朋友！

五一結束來的，人不多，很清靜，雖然茶樹都采完了，但是環境依舊很棒。門口就是雲溪竹徑，公交打車都很方便。去九溪煙樹和九溪十八澗都是公交直達。5公里以內還有銀泰，非遺博物館，龍井中心，中國美院。很悠閑的行程。下雨在陽台喝茶，很治癒。門口的水池有小魚,小朋友很喜歡。
民宿的餐食也還不錯，吃了兩頓午飯，口味比較適合我們。還有夜宵和下午茶贈送。順手買了龍井茶走。推薦。

杭州來了很多次，但總是圍着西湖轉，這次想打卡龍井村和雲棲竹徑景區，找到這家離景區不遠的民宿，入住前一天客服小李就主動聯繫了我，並告知我注意事項。因為行程安排，我入住時間已是晚上九時許，到達後，小李特地送上了清爽的熱綠豆湯，還主動幫我升級了房間，一掃旅途的疲憊。房間內設施一應俱全，甚至還提供有之前外出住店不常見的洗面奶，為出門有化粧或擦防曬霜習慣的遊客提供了很大便利。早飯也兼具風味和營養，蛋奶主食一應俱全，天氣好還可以户外一邊欣賞綠意盎然的自然風光一邊用餐。非常感謝客棧的貼心服務；此次旅程比較倉促衹住了一晚，下次有機會再來希望能多住幾天。

先説好的方面吧
1.酒店的位置和環境確實不錯，我住的房間是大的，坐在陽台看茶山茶園意境不錯。
2.特別感謝管家李大姐的服務，非常熱情實在，這次帶父母長者出行，李大姐給了很多的耐心和幫助，很感謝。
3.晚上贈送了綠豆湯。
再説不好的方面吧：
1.晚餐在酒店吃的，價格就是旅遊景點的貴。三個人吃了近六百，還沒敢點招牌菜。梅菜扣肉賣98，竟然是預製菜！就跟超市買的便當口感一樣，衹有油膩，沒有梅菜香味，更不知道是什麼品質的肉。賣這個價格不能忍。
2.房間wifi巨難用，要手機註冊登陸才有網，訊號還不穩定，每次重連都要重新登，如果需要在房間處理工作的，慎選。
3.停車的時候前台沒有引導停車，衹説往前右拐停車場。停下車後，找了旁邊的村民問車子停着可以嗎，村民説沒有問題的。結果退房要走的時候，一輛藍色電動轎車橫在我車前，我請司機移車，司機竟然罵罵咧咧起來，説我停的位置不對，旁邊空那麼大怎麼不停。天曉得我停車的時候旁邊是停滿的，難度我也學他橫別人車前嗎?後來發現這個車主就是酒店茶廠的合作商，就在酒店的茶葉鋪工作的。我們還買了幾百的茶葉的，換來的就是罵罵咧咧。
4.按金不主動退，問按金怎麼還沒退，回：你好評寫了嗎? 那請問這是房間按金還是好評按金呢?
