Room is great and actually a great price for what you get. I would say the only negative about the hotel was the elevators which were quite slow and often very busy.

The services apartments aren’t bad. They have everything you need and the rooms are very clean. However, there seem to be a bunch of businesses that operate out of the hotel rooms, or at least it appears that way. As a result you spend ages waiting for the elevator. Also, for a non-smoking hotel, they should really enforce their non-smoking policies. People from one of the businesses on our floor smoked constantly, and the smell often drifted into our room. It’s pretty disgusting for people who don’t smoke.

Highly recommend for extended stay in Hangzhou.
