Yitel Premium (Hangzhou West Lake Lakeside Pedestrian Street）

Llegué al hotel antes de las 11 y me dijeron que era una habitación interior, pero no dijeron que la habitación no tenía viento ni luz solar. La vista desde la ventana era falsa. Tan pronto como abrí la puerta, había un olor lúgubre. Tuve que encender el aire acondicionado durante mucho tiempo antes de que el olor se disipara. Puse el aire acondicionado a 27 grados, pero la temperatura interior era de sólo 18 grados. Hacía tanto frío que se me puso la piel de gallina cuando lo encendí, y había un olor lúgubre cuando no lo encendí. El baño es muy pequeño. Configuré el secador de pelo con aire fuerte, pero aún así tardó mucho tiempo en secar el cabello. Las luces de la habitación son muy tenues. He encendido todas las luces, pero ¿no hay ninguna luz destacada? Entré a la habitación y llamé a Xiaodu, pero Xiaodu me mostró que la red era mala. Tuve que preguntar en recepción para resolver el problema. La insonorización de la habitación era deficiente. En medio de la noche, alguien en la habitación de al lado llamó a Xiaodu, y llamaron a Xiaodu en nuestra habitación.

NEVER BRING YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE CIGARETTE SMELL IN YOUR ROOM. Don't let the pictures of the lobby fooled you. They advertise it as a non smoking hotel, but the rooms smelled cigarette all over. not only one room, but my family booked 3 rooms and all had cigarette smell. To make things worst, they didnt even have the courtesy to change our rooms for free until we inquire about it. wasted all the time trying to figure out which rooms has less smoke smell in it. they covered it up with frangrant spray of course. This doesn't erase the fact they wasted our holiday time and sold us a smoking infused room. i have never repprted on hotels with cigarette smell alone. this time is different, this time, the hotel was trying to charge us the cost of a new room should we choose to upgrade from a double room to a bigger room. Not even consider the time we wasted and no courtesy at all to remedy the problem. Service : There is no extraordinary type of service and you probably won't get any. The people are there just to check you in and out. So don't expect any. Breakfast: I even skipped my breakfast after the first day. Nothing special about it. Plus the plates has got hair on it. The guy who stood by the door, looked at you for the room number like you owe them money. The only thing about this hotel is its location. But then again, there are plenty of other hotels within the same building. I hated their level of service. Go to other hotels.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Yitel Premium (Hangzhou West Lake Lakeside Pedestrian Street). The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the beautiful West Lake and the biggest and busiest shopping area - Yingtai In 77 & Hubin in Hangzhou. The hotel itself is spotless, with 5-star cleanliness that made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hangzhou!

Good location, good breakfast variety.

Great location. Next to the main city center area with lots of shopping and food. The metro is only a block and half away. There is a private elevator that only goes to the 3rd floor so there is essentially no waiting to go up or down. This is a major plus. The room is clean. However the toilet pressure needs improvement and can clog very easily. Also, the shower fixture isn’t great. When I turned on the water, it sprayed all over the bathroom because the fixture cannot support the shower held properly. Aside from that, the hotel is great and I recommend.

The location of the hotel was ok but there was no shelter at the entrance of the lift. We were drained while waiting for the lift to level 3( reception) Other that the above all was fine
