Hangzhou Yuyou Yunxi Hotel

Arriving tired in Hangzhou for a two-days trip, we weren't expecting much for the hotel by the fare it charges per night. But it did anyways. Although the staff did not speak English, they used translator apps to guide our conversations and we encountered no problem in communication throughout our stay. The most special part of our stay in here was surprisingly the cleaning staff, there was a lady that offered us warm smiles everytime she sees us in the hallway, she was understanding when we preferred the room to be cleaned later in the day, and she didn't hesitate to offer us important amenities for the stay. It made our stay from amazing to perfect. Kudos to the staff and especially the cleaning lady. The hotel is also nicely located, near two amazing malls and a subway station offering to Line 3 that extended to Wulin Square and so on, so travel and commute was no problem. Lost and found on your stuff was also guaranteed to get back to your doorstep address.

定的臨停車場的房間，會安靜不少。房間裏的吧枱幫了大忙，放東西、喝茶、吃夜宵，方便很多。衞生還可以，就是窗簾遮光一般，早上大太陽一照房間裏會很亮。主要為了逛山姆定的冰箱房，買的冷凍食品可以儲存一下。大堂設有沙發休息區，整體滿意。

地理位置好，出行都很方便，而且團購的券也很划算，推薦大家來體驗！工作人員服務態度很好，客氣也有禮貌，挑不出毛病，來打五星位置很好找，很大的一個logo一眼就能看見，環境很好，氛圍感也🈶️免費的早餐也很不錯
