Beautiful and sleek room + convenient location＞ Walkable distance to night market, train station, has food stall near the hotel Pleasant counter staff, gave us wet wipes & ginger tea after knowing our traveler has flu - a flight of stairs from road side to hotel , noise insulation is poor Overall enjoyed our time there

Have high expectations to this hotel because of the voice control system provided you can speak Chinese. Room is dirty, floor is sticky and no do well cleaning at all. It really need improve in the cleaning and spoiled the mood of staying in this hotel. Not worth with the price paid. The lady staff at the reception during the night shift gave a good helping hand, there is high stairs to carry the luggage to hotel lobby. Limited choice of hanfu with less than 20 sets.Not recommend to stay if the cleanness issues not solve. Last few days stayed in Shanghai, Suzhou, this is the worst hotel when compared with the previous 2 hotels.

Great! Only negative thing is the traffic just outside which makes it difficult to sleep sometimes.

the hotel is clean and nice. the staffs is friendly and helpful. highly recommend! the bed is very comfortable and there is Xiao du Xiao du to turn on light etc for you. nearby alot of eatery but about 15 mins walk to the shopping street.

I went to Hangzhou for a business trip, which was a very comfortable choice, with high cost performance and enthusiastic service staff.
