酒店在湘湖景區，環境非常好，遠看山，近看水，酒店頂層看景區夜景。房間寬暢乾淨整潔，衞生間和淋浴化粧間兩分離，陽台寬大，推門見景。各層可以坡道上下，也可以電梯上下。健身房刷房卡可自行使用器械，泳池開放時間也長，酒店整體建築流線型，一步一景，簡潔清爽入鏡好看，出門即可漫步湘湖，也可使用酒店山地車騎行。
建議調整的地方：1是每個陽台房間的隔離玻璃應越過欄桿，否則探頭即可窺見隔壁一覽無餘，甚至輕易可翻越，給人不安全感；
2是我們住了兩晚，次日沒人來清理，晚上外出回來，垃圾桶都沒有人倒乾淨；
3是辦理入住時即登記了車牌號，結果第二天外出時不能出去，還要呼喚保安並解釋後操作良久才放行，第三天退房走的時候又被堵在車庫欄桿前無法出去，設施不智能。
西餐廳和中餐廳的餐食都非常好，員工服務也是周到熱情，總體還是滿意的，有機會再來。

之前住過湘湖的另外一個酒店叫逍遙山莊，然後問了一下是同一個老闆的，發現這個比較年輕化吧，跟之前的逍遙山莊的莊重感還是有一定差距的，還是更喜歡逍遙山莊的整個風格和穩重氣質，這個有點太年輕太隨意了，裏面的設計也有點囉裏囉嗦的，然後他的一些動線設計還是蠻奇怪的，要走一條小道才能到泳池。好煩啊，你希望能夠增加一些小朋友能夠玩的地方，除了泳池，好像那個小童區域也沒有什麼課程

酒店新，設計元素新穎。我覺得服務意識有待加強，前台接待印象並不好。攜程備註的需求，結果到酒店一問三不知。酒店內部的溝通銜接可能也有問題。酒店不大，秋冬景觀顯得很蕭瑟，可能酒店客人不多的緣故，早餐比較一般，選擇也少。總體顯得小氣。周邊的湘湖可玩性也比較低，遊船可坐可不坐。也不大適合秋冬遊玩。日曆房售賣的價格我覺得定價偏高了。

非常滿意的一家漂亮酒店🏨
杭州的元素融入其中，到處能體會到藝術感。下午茶套餐很不錯，好幾款蛋糕味道都很贊😋 現在流行的旅拍也在酒店內可以體驗了，可能這項服務是剛剛才開始，説好的服裝都沒有，化粧師也回去過年了，稍微有點遺憾，拍的也比較含糊。不像一些旅拍成熟的城市 帶給很多美好體驗，有待加強 圖四比較經典的角度都沒給我拍出來。早餐時間很長，但是菜品不算多、麪條居然會沒貨 要等 最基本的橙汁也沒有 咖啡機就一台 一直要排隊！

環境：環境是最大的優點，走出去就可以來一個湖邊walk，在湘湖的酒店裡屬於較便利的位置
衞生：浴室毛巾上有幾個小黃點，水池上有一根很短的頭髮，無傷大雅，畢竟是新開的酒店，衞生還是不錯的
服務：開始體驗很好，入住時前台還主動幫忙升房。早上生理期突襲（疊甲沒有弄臟任何地方），打電話問前台是否有衞生巾可以臨時提供，回覆説沒有並且酒店沒有便利店之類的地方可以買，建議點個外賣。點了外賣之後衹能放到前台，打電話給前台請幫忙送到房間，由於食品安全問題外賣不能送到房間，反覆強調不是食品之後，又過了十幾二十分鐘再次打電話問，繼續人機式回覆食品安全原因不能送，溝通有點費勁
全日餐廳的人員也有點人機，13:30-14:00之間去全日餐廳，坐下問這個時間有沒有吃的，能吃的話幫忙拿一份菜單看一下，這個問題等了大概二十分鐘？問了三次不同的人，回覆都是“是吃下午茶嗎，下午茶14:00開始”或者模糊不確定，問就是下午茶兩點開始，反覆問衹要告訴我現在有沒有吃的有什麼可以吃就可以，最後拿上來一份下午茶的套餐菜單才確認清楚是午餐都結束了且下午茶衹有套餐，其實一句話就可以講清楚的，就不用等直接去別的了。
西餐廳服務很好。
關於按金，退房時説會原付款方式返回，交回房卡就可以了，但直到第二天晚上打電話問都沒有自動退，打完電話很快就退了，還要記着這件事有點麻煩
入住時登記了車牌，餐廳也説前台錄入過就可以，但實際上開出去的時候要停車場再和前台現確認再等了一會才抬桿
總地來説有優化空間
設施：整體設計都很有格調，斜坡長廊直通房間，不過地毯加上坡度，如果帶行李的話有點費勁，入住的時候會幫忙送到房間；長廊有幾次家長帶小孩玩，路過門口的話有點吵；
衞生間乾濕分離，有一個大圓浴缸，化粧鏡梳粧台這些都不錯；

第一次三口之家旅行，酒店位置離長喬海洋公園非常近，比鄰湘湖邊上，環境、設施、服務都想當滿意。春節期間的價格也可以接受，給我們升級了湖景房。
位置離杭州東站30分鐘，這次沒開車稍微有點不方便，周邊吃飯要打車出去，叫外賣時間比較長，還好打車比較方便。
酒店本身的外觀、環境都挺好看的，可以滿足遛娃要求。酒店提供床圍欄，寶寶拖鞋浴袍，泳池有小童温水池。小童樂園比較小，沒有海洋球滑梯之類的，但是也夠小孩子玩了。
訂房間贈送的旅拍服務，給娃拍了三張，攝影小哥哥很認真服務很好，當場就拿到照片了👍
缺點是房間空調太給力被子又比較厚，所以睡得很熱。還有就是早飯選擇少，導致麪條餛飩和咖啡排隊很長，希望以後能改進。

體驗感很好，酒店設計新穎獨特時尚別緻，早餐很好吃，比如麪條混沌的湯底是雞湯，麪包🥯配的醬也豐富，草莓醬花生醬巧克力醬，一整面的通透的玻璃牆，視野很通透，採光很好，像置身於户外自然界中，很心曠神怡…酒店處處是景，拍照唯美很出片。房間裏有梳粧台，設計用心，對化粧的女生很實用。衞生間乾濕分離，不容易打滑，對長者孩子的家庭來説很友好，以後我們會經常帶孩子們過來，比如週五過來週末，週日回。過個輕鬆愉快愜意的週末，也是很好的充電方式和親子互動。特別是前台Mia和LEO

酒店很新，非常漂亮！去的時候有一天是雨天，有一種天青色等煙雨的感覺。泳池非常乾淨，温度也高。適合寶寶冬天游泳。特別是小李，Arthur服務非常好！唯一不足感覺早餐品類少許少了一丟丟，如果能更加豐富就好了。
