Perfect location the south end of Hampton Beach, this beautiful condo is only a 5 minute walk until your toes hit the sand. Hampton Beach State Park, Hampton Marina, and the boardwalk are also just a few minute walk.
Enjoy ocean breezes from the private wrap around porch with a deck at the entrance and a second off the master bedroom. The newly renovated condo has a full kitchen w/new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, & countertop that seats 6 guests. The living room has ample seating with a sectional couch and a large screen TV with cable and WiFi. Down the hall is a bath with shower and washer & dryer. The 3 bedrooms each have a closet and sleeping space for six with 2 queen beds and 1 full sized bed.
