The entertainment team are very friendly and make you feel welcome and included they have fun activities for you to get involved with and they all have amazing kind personalities especially Omar he made the holiday more enjoyable and he shared a passion of football with me

When we arrived it was at night. Very friendly staff. Animation team are outstanding. The location was brilliant for us and what was the best was, the splash part and the beach. Food was amazing for a 3 star, you could have anything even if your fussy. My son is autistic and he even managed to eat . Not a big range of alcohol and would love it if they had more than 2 bars. Rooms were clean only one plug plus needs a revamp. Shop in hotel was very reasonable. Entertainment was good but the best part was, the foam party in the pool. Highly recommend this hotel to families us as adults loved it cos the children had a whale of a good time.

This is an honest review. We stayed in this resort for a week in April 2025. When we arrived in the morning the staff took us near the bar and served us drinks and snacks whilst we filled out the form which was very nice of them. We booked two rooms. Before arrival we informed TUI we required a ground floor room due to the stroller and if possible to put our rooms together. When we handed our forms back to the lady she said she was not informed of this however to speak to the receptionist who possibly can change the rooms. When we went back to reception the gentleman told us he will sort this out in an hour and to go eat lunch. Indeed he did change our rooms and put it together on the ground floor. Rooms here are outdated which isnt the worse the only reason i gave this resort a 3/5 is because the bathrooms require renovations as we had problems with the bidet it leaked and flooded the bathroom on the second day and another time the flush stopped working. On another occasion our key stopped working and my husband had to go back and forth to reception to get this fixed. The day the bathroom flooded maintenance did come and fix it immediately. I managed to become and plumber and fix the toilet lol the room telephone did not work either. The housekeeper lady was the sweetest she came everyday to keep the rooms neat and tidy. They do have an indoor pool where my nephews and my son (all under 3) enjoyed the warm water. One day it was cold we informed the life guard who rang someone and turned on the heater of the pool which was really nice of him. They do have outdoor pools. Which we saw people using but for little children it was cold due to the weather being not extremely hot. The resort has its own beach which is beautiful with nice decking and white sand. The food was brilliant in this resort everyday they had different food (yes sometimes same things like bolognaise, pizza etc) but they did different cuisine everyday. Breakfast was same everyday but im not complaining i loved the pastry, croissant everything was fresh. The location of hotel pretty good took us 30 mins by coach trnasfer from hotel. Its about & 15 mins by taxi to marina. Would i come back here yes as i had a good experience with staff and food. Only problem is bathroom that needs renovating.
