Bad, unreliable, not recommended, not to be trusted. Unfortunately everything different than booked the standard not as promised, the apartment was not the one I booked.. I emailed them to ask if I could check in a little earlier, but there never answer. When I arrived in Toronto wanted to move into apartment at 2:45 instead of 3, I was completely taken aback. I opened door the cleaning lady was lying on the sofa when I asked if I could move into the room she no speak english, made clear to me that I couldn't come in until 3, she continue to rest. After check-in, I discovered various defects and emailed them. Even I had phone numbers, no one at the agency could ever be reached. I was told about the defects that they noted them, the biggest joke that drain in the bathroom was blocked on this point replied that I should take care of it myself, as if I had the time, tools, desire to do so do work and take care of it. The best is yet to come after checking out on September 24th, I contacted them several times asked if everything was OK, the answers always positive, I then waited my deposit and also asked a few times when it would be paid, answer was that this will be done automatically after 7 days. Now after a good 10 days receive email from them and they claim that I have left damage although this was not the case. I recorded existing damage during check in and sent it to. It's a shame that I have to deal with things like this. There are always people who try to rip you off. On the whole, never book this agency and its apartments again, I am not the only one who rates this way, be careful with this agency. Completely untrustworthy and not recommended.

Do not stay here. The company is a scam. They have horrible customer service and do not care about clients. You're better off taking your business elsewhere. Do some research, and you'll find lots of people who unfortunately feel for this scam. Stay far away from Globalstay.

Horrible, this was a terrible experience. We had a late arrival, we confirmed multiple times that we were arriving late and that we were reassured every time that it wouldn't be an issue. The plane late, we arrived at 3 am and couldn't get in the building!! We phoned 3 times and were hung up on. I have sent over 30 emails and have sent screenshots of our communication and they are refusing to help me. I asked to speak with a manager and they are refusing to elevate my case. Stay away - do not book here.

It started with a complicated booking. On ********** it was easy but after, they ask you questions and some of them were already answered via **********. Also, you have to pay a deposit via PayPal which was not easy for me because my account was blocked. The loft is nice and comfortable. Very trendy and fancy but that is it ! The AC was not working and we were there 2 nights and outside temperature was around 35-40 celcius with humidity. Communication with the company who is renting the lofts was good but only on writting. They answered quickly but asking you question and I had to check and send picture of the AC plug and electric panel. They were suppose to keep me update about the situation during the day but when we got back at 11pm AC was not working and the loft was very warm and un comfortable... for a second night... The loft is also not soundproof so you can hear the people walking in the upper loft, the people in the hall and the ring of the elevator. It is a place affordable around Toronto but you don't want that kind of trouble when you are in vacations.

*********** website shows very nice apts….. Not at all what I expected! This property is self check in- took us 2 hours outside the property to check in… the property requires a questionnaire, PDF if valid ID, selfie along with your ID. All done by email so time consuming. We had prepaid the room through *********** which also was a bit deceiving- room $150, taxes $110??? ( 80.00 cleaning fee). Oh and the property also asks for a $200 refundable damage deposit… at this point, I asked to simply cancel but they advised it would be non refundable!!? When we finally received instruction on how to enter the building/apt, we entered the apt and an older man was inside cleaning!! Washing machine ran for 2 hours… as it’s a washer/dryer and was very load. The apartment was FILTHY! Attaching pics to show. I’m requesting the cleaning fee back and some kind of compensation for the misinformation from ***********. Worst experience ever booking online… not at all as advertised!!! Terrible experience!!
