Our stay at Maya Tangalle was truly relaxing. The serene environment and attentive staff made us feel at home. The Ayurvedic program, starting with a personalized consultation, included daily yoga sessions and rejuvenating treatments like body detox massages. The wellness meals were both healthy and delicious. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience.

Maya Tangalle was a decadent and luxurious escape from the city. The friendly staff are quick to greet you with smiles and efficient hospitality. The rooms and en suite bathrooms were spacious and large with beautiful accessories. The large pool was delightful and the warm water just washed your stress away. It was a quiet and unobtrusive ambience that helps one relax completely. The food served was absolutely delicious; perhaps the best I have experienced in resort hotels in Sri Lanka. Not just the taste, but the presentation and the service was impeccable. We were served "fried ice cream " for dessert- an original crunchy batter encasing vanilla ice cream that tantalised the taste buds. It was served in a decadent and pristine dining room that resembled royalty. An incredible hotel for a luxurious and peaceful holiday, Maya Tangalle should be your next holiday destination.

Fantastic! We first came as a couple 11 years ago and returned this year with our three children. We still have the same feeling of being in a true haven of peace. The architecture is beautiful, the decoration is both traditional and charming. The garden is stunning and bordered by magnificent rice fields. The location is perfect for exploring the region. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. Everything is done with great care and generosity. Although we would like to keep this secret for ourselves, we can only recommend this amazing place!

The “Maya” offers accommodation of the highest standard with its 5 beautiful rooms. The rooms are perfectly equipped, and the large beds allow for heavenly sleep. The entire property is in top condition and is lovingly tended daily by the Maya team. Culinary service at the “Maya” is provided at the highest level, allowing you to enjoy everything from traditional and typical local dishes to any international cuisine style. The highly developed degree and extraordinary willingness and flexibility of the kitchen team to personalize made my Ayurveda stay a special experience. The entire “Maya” team is passionate about making the guest happy and satisfied. Every wish is practically read from the guest's eyes, and as a guest, you are unobtrusively the center of attention in every aspect. Whether in the resort or outside on trips and excursions, the team is always there, very helpful, competent, and above all, very friendly. Special mention should be made of the many massages and Ayurveda treatments that I enjoyed every day. Nadee masters all therapies and treatments perfectly, and for me, these were the best massages of my life. All in all, Maya is a perfect combination of location, architecture, luxurious facilities, high-level service, and cuisine, and it impresses above all with the friendliness and competence of the team. A true insider tip – I will definitely come back.
