Leopard Reach Yala by Seven Angels

I didn't expect to receive such excellent service from the hotel manager Mr Forseka and staffs. They cared for my needs and my partner's from the very beginning. They served us sincerely and provided a valuable experience for us. My room was nice and clean, and everything was under their control, making it very safe. We were given an unforgettable dinner in the middle of the forest with a campfire and romantic music. Everything was beyond my expectations. I will miss that place and that time. Thank you for creating a new story in my life.

Where do I begin to describe paradise? I am so glad I booked into Leopard Reach as my base for the Yala National Park because I had a truly unforgettable taste of luxury in the jungle. I loved it so much, I stayed two nights. This is a truly special place, with only a few tent-lodges. In fact, I was the only guest on the property, and was treated like a queen. The interior of my room was top quality, with all amenities. And the private mini pool on the terrace was extremely welcome. On both nights I had an exceptional dinner; the first night consisted of a Sri Lankan curry with so many lovely dishes, and the second was an al fresco BBQ, prepared just for me. Breakfast was served on my private terrace. I cannot speak highly enough of Fonseka, the General Manager (the quintessential host) and his trusty team of Randika (what a great guy), Lakruwan (who makes the place run like clockwork) and Kasun (the Chef). Thanks a million.

We stayed two nights with the all inclusive option. We are a family with two older teens so had two lodges. From the minute we arrived it was clear that Leopards reach is an exceptional place where we were made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. Fonseka (manager) clearly cares very deeply about his guest experience and this was truly one of the most exceptional stays we have ever had. The rooms are beautiful stunning and very comfortable. Fonsekas team are very friendly and helpful. We had an early evening nature walk which was amazing. Then a BBQ by the lake ( which I will never forget) delicious all setup just for us with generators running lights and bbq taken to the lake. The day safari was brilliant. We saw leopards, elephants and more. This stay made our holiday to Sri Lanka and was the highlight.

We spent an unforgettable family holiday (two adults and one child) at Leopard Reach Yala Lodge by Seven Angels. The lodge is extremely child-friendly – our little one was lovingly cared for, and we always felt that special attention is given to children here. We were also impressed by their respectful and caring attitude towards the animals, which made the experience even more meaningful. The food was outstanding, fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating our every need before we even asked. The lodge itself is a small paradise: spotless, well-maintained, with a pool and hot tub, surrounded by peaceful nature, ideal for relaxation and unwinding. If you see any negative reviews, just ignore them – our stay was a dream from start to finish. We wholeheartedly recommend Leopard Reach Yala Lodge to anyone seeking the perfect mix of adventure, nature, relaxation, and heartfelt hospitality. We will definitely return!

Best place I have been during my trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms are awesone and the staff is very nice, I’ll recommend to everyone for sure!

This place is a scam.. It does not exist. Would request Trip advisor to kindly NOT promote/recommend it and spoil their own repute. We made an advance booking from India, going by the pics and good reviews only to realise on 26th Dec 2024, that this place does not exist.. After travelling from Galle, the GPS led us to a place called Leopards Reach which was middle of nowhere.. We showed out booking details snd thru said that this was sold a year back and now the owner is somewhere in Malaysia duping people and accepting bookings. With a 10yr old child, it was a nightmare. The location was so remote that the gps wasn't connecting, neither internet. Being peak season, we weren't even getting an alternate option. After a long struggle, we somehow managed to spend the night in some place but it was a truly bad experience.. PLS don't fall for it.. We have requested our tour operator to also lodge a formal police complaint..
