«Мы прекрасно провели время, но ожидания немного не оправдались. Нужно понимать, что вы не проведёте 3 дня и 2 ночи в шикарном номере на борту прекрасного судна, скользя между каменных скал. Все не так. Задумано немного иначе.
Корабль стоит в бухте, до которой около 1 часа вас везут на суденышке с деревянными лавками, аналогично - обратный путь. Далее, вы отказываетесь на борту, путешествие начинается. Но пройдете на шикарном корабле вы всего 1,5-2 км, наслаждаясь видами и все. Круиз окончен. Корабль бросает якорь в другой бухте.
На все остальные активности вас тоже повезут на маленьких не столь комфортабельных лодках. То есть это не круиз, а плавучий отель.
Номер Executive Suite с прекрасным обзором и балконом расположен в хвосте, поэтому во время движения очень шумно и сильно пахнет соляркой. Простыни в Suite были рваные, полы пыльные, халат с отпечатками обуви. Ну не заявленные 5 заезд, скажем так.
Питание на твердые 3 *. Все вкусно, но нет разнообразия.
Желанным гостем мы чувствовали себя при общении с Dian, которая отвечала на все вопросы и всегда была рядом, даже сопровождала нас на одной из экскурсий.

«If you're planning to do Sun world or Halong bay cruise trip ( which main thing to do) it is little bit far both from location. I would rather stay near Tuan Chau area if I knew everything is in Tuan Chau. I could not find good eateries around the place. Location-wise it's close to Halong market. Facilities are fine and friendly receptionist. Roof top bar is eeeeempty.»

Fantástico
AAnnaWe had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

자자유야Debido a que el transporte era conveniente, quería quedarme en este hotel por 3 noches y quedarme en la Bahía de Halong por 12 días más, pero fue difícil hacer una reserva de fin de semana (sábado) y tuve que mudarme a otro hotel debido a la molestia. de mover mi equipaje y regresar.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed for 3 nights and really loved this place. Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Food was great in both the breakfast hall and the Italian restaurant. However, there are a few things we want to point out. First of all, the indoor swimming pool water was really filthy. That really needs to be improved. Furthermore, the sauna and steam room area was not properly attended to. Towels were piled and hair was everywhere on the floor in sauna area. The Jacuzzi water was not hot enough. Also the steam room and dry sauna were not hot enough. In addtion, the balcony in our room was terribly dirty. We tried to clean it ourselves but gave up because it was not possible to clean them with just tissue paper. Staff did however send someone to wash the balcony table, chairs, floors and rails and we are grateful for that. Despite some drawbacks, we really enjoyed out stay. Overall this is a really lovely hotel and as already stated, the staff are wonderful.

EErickWonderful 2 nights stay at the DelaSea hotel. What I enjoyed most was the staff as they were all so caring and helpful. Highly professional. From the reception with Hoa taking special care of me not to mention ”Alice” and the others. Same at the restaurant. From the manager to the supervisors to the staff. I can't name them all here but they made my stay very special. Food was really good. Staff attention was ”phenomenal”. The room was great (I got one on the top floors facing the bay) and despite being a very noise sensitive person I slept very well. No loud music noise (it was on a weekend early November). The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy though very efficient. Good shower. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. By the way I was told that taking photos from the bay at sunset from the swimming pool is ”the thing to do” :)
I can only praise the staff and the management for the wonderful hospitality even when super busy with big groups (which was the case during my stay).
Based on my personal experience I definitely highly recommend the DelaSea hotel and it will be my choice next time I am in Ha Long.

Recomiendo la villa si la próxima vez reservaré Royal Halong.

CChin Chun HsiaoI participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey.
The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier.
During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you!
The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle.
The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises!
I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!

YYee11I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience!
The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration.
And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special.
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe.
Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.

UUsuario invitadoUn hotel ubicado en un pueblo fantasma en una ciudad nueva. Por supuesto, está libre de ruidos de motos y vehículos. En cambio, están libres de restaurantes e instalaciones de conveniencia. Las instalaciones son un hotel limpio en un edificio nuevo, pero no está muy lleno, por lo que parece que hay escasez de personal.
