Hotel Tylösand

I am a guest at the hotel, I rented 2 rooms from July 8th - July 11th On Monday, July 8th, I was having dinner with my family at Leif’s. The receptionist booked me a table at 20:30 there. Everything was perfect and we were having such a good time until this guy with a black shirt and dark hair who was receiving the guests at the restaurant's door came to my table and told me that there was more than 21:00 so I had to pay a ticket to go into the night club. I was confused as I was inside the restaurant and I never mentioned that I wanted to have access to the nightclub. He continued bothering me and my family with this. I told him that I didn’t understand his point. He was very aggressive in the way how he was approaching so I decided to finish the conversation, and I complained to our waiter. He told the other guy with dark hair that I was not fine with his bad behavior. Then after some minutes instead of saying sorry the dark-haired man came back to my table and told me: “What you don't understand?” I told him that he should stop bothering me and my family. He went away and then the other blond waiter was so nice and came and apologized for the dark-haired man’s behavior. My concerns are, I was staying all these days at the hotel. I couldn't go to Leif's restaurant anymore because of this dark-haired man, he made me and my family feel so unwelcome. Second, the receptionist told me that we could have access to the nightclub if we arrived before 23:00. So, why is this man so rude and telling me that I have to pay for access to the nightclub, also why he even mention this when I was just having dinner at Leif’s with my family, and not willing to go to the nightclub! I am still very upset about this. I invested time and money to come there and I just can’t accept one of your employees made me and my family feel so unpleasant. We were unable to have dinner at the hotel every night after that. This was my first time at Hotel Tylösand and I honestly expected to have a better service.

Great location, spa, rooms, facilitites, decorations, staff. The food pulls the experience down a bit, hence only 4 stars. In Leifs restaurant the fries were cold, the burgers overcooked and the selection narrow. Bettans was good. Tylosand Hus was ok.

A super nice hotel, promt service and attention with everything from booking to check in and departure. Elegant and straight forward rooms, big bathrooms nice Scandinavian furnish and big bathroom. One issue though the beds were far to soft to our liking and I am sure that you could ask for a firmer bed. Our kids used all pool and spa facilities and would like to go back ASAP. Sun down'r drinks is a must

Absolutely fabulous surroundings, great food, beautiful beach, charming hotel with a fantastic collection of photographs and other artwork, great golf courses! We are already booking our next trip, and have recommended the hotel to our family.

Our experience at the hotel - from start to finish - was exceptional. The art, the food, the location and view, the spa, the customer service and fitness options were excellent. Highly recommend...and we will be back. It's a big hotel with a lot to do and it seemed to cater well to every type of guest - couples, families, friend groups etc. Meals overlooking the sunset were stunning. It was a cool scene without the feeling that the hotel trying too hard. Loved the Ferarri exhibit!

Great stay! Friendly staff everywhere. Hats off to the cleaning crew in the spa who kept everything in tip-top shape at all time with a smile. Great work to make it comfortable and not feel crowded despite the hotel being fully booked. We always found a comfortable quiet corner in the gym, spa, lounge and restaurants. Well managed capacity for this busy weekend. :)

We have been In hotel many times and always was Fantastic time for us.Location is Great. First line on the beach with amazing Sea view.Spa is superb👍Food very delicious & fresh, very varied food.Hotel is clean.Stuff very polite & kind.Have big parking closer the hotel.Faster check in.We always have Great time.Will back again......xxx

I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel in Sweden after my surprise engagement. We have travel through Sweden staying at several resorts. This one was a surprise gift from my fiancé’s parents. Everything at this hotel is first class from the rooms to the decor to the food. The hotel is spotless, the lobby is lined with an impressive selection of exotic sports cars and contemporary and modern works of art. You can send hours marveling at the massive collection of art in this hotel. The food is phenomenal. Definitely fine dining at its best. We had a late dinner despite the late hour, the food was fresh, hot and delicious. The steak melted on my mouth and the crème brûlée was the best any of my dinner party have ever had. Everything in this hotel is modern and stylish. The hotel is massive and is located on a beautiful private beach. There are several outdoor seating areas including a bar and restaurant. We notice a game area and a spa that unfortunately we were not able to use due to timing. Our room was huge. Much bigger then my NYC apartment and far more modern and clean. There was a seating area that over liked the beautiful beach. Our view a unrestricted view of the beach. We were able to watch the sun set from our bed. I’m speechless This place is definitely worth the price and distance. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful Hotel with very friendly staff. The room itself was big and clean. We used the facilities with spa, Jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor pool and steam bath. In addition, we enjoyed playing billiards and had delicious cocktails from the bar. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back 👌🏾🥰
