Idea roadside motel. Clean, comfortable and well kept. Has all that you need for a good stay; comfortable beds, clean room, and quite. The hosts are very pleasant and really seem to care about your stay. Even has a great chip truck beside it.

This place is so disgusting. It is filthy with hair, and smelled had bedbugs. The owner is money hungry, and obviously never cleans the rooms. This place should probably be torn down, considering the condition it's in. Not a good place to be exposing kids or pets to.

Staff was very kind, rooms were clean and well organized, location was amazing with a chip wagon right next to it. Overall our stay was very comfy and amazing! Thank you! We will definitely visit again!

The bed was clean but the room was dirty. Cobwebs everywhere. There was a 5 watt bulb in the washroom so the room was so dark you couldn't shave or see what you were doing. The owner was miserable. Seemed imposed upon every time we needed something. Very poor communication with the guests as to Wi-Fi and amenities. Our wi-fi was not working the second day of our stay. There's not much selection in Dunnville unfortunately.

I have stayed with my family at this motel on multiple of occasions. I've been happy with each of my stays. The rooms are clean and include a microwave and refrigerator which are nice for longer stays. Management is very friendly and they always go above and beyond to make everyone comfortable.
