Hakuba West Coast Inn, Villa

Love the hotel. It gave us a very Japanese style homestay. Host is very nice, friendly, and caring. They plant their own grapes and they also gave us for breakfast!

Very cozy bedding and a warm, homey atmosphere! The lady was so friendly and chatty. She kindly gave me helpful tips about opening times for my schedule, and even called me for breakfast the next morning—I was so grateful for her hospitality. Sadly, I was out hiking in the sights all day, so we couldn't chat more.

The location is very convenient close to Hakuba station and Hakuba Bus terminal. The place is clean and comfortable to stay and I highly recommend. The Host is truly kind, friendly, and could communicate in English. I'm very grateful to be here in Hakuba 🙂

Good spot for ski trip in hakuba. Staff can speak fluent english and friendly. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. Enjoyed the stay here!!!

Staff are kindness and can speak English. Rooms are clean , service is great.
