Aproximadamente a 15 minutos de la estación Hakone Yumoto
Es un hotel pequeño, adecuado para un descanso tranquilo.
La cocina kaiseki era deliciosa y el personal era amable.
Después de usar las aguas termales al aire libre durante 40 minutos sin molestar a los demás, cenamos.
El área para cambiarse en las aguas termales al aire libre es antigua y necesita mejoras.

非常推薦，傳統的日式風格酒店，有絲湯。酒店每晚6pm、6:30pm提供兩個時間段的晚餐，早餐8:00am、8:30am提供兩個時間段的早餐。如果你看到他們的餐食水準，你就會理解為什麼他們要求準確的吃飯時間了，因為他們的餐食不是商旅的自助餐，而是懷石料理級別的。 這個酒店的工作人員英語一般，但所謂“訥於言敏於行”。 另外，你最好在下午3–5pm入住，但晚上8、9點應該可以辦理入住，衹是晚飯就沒了。

Отель расположен недалеко от станции небольшой и красивый. Горячие источники и ужин и завтрак очень понравились.
В номере в японском стиле было влажно и холодно, но при попытке включить кондиционер на обогрев, чувствовался запах плесени, возможно его не чистили.

総じて良かったですよ。 他人の投稿を拝見してこの宿のコメントは賛否両論だなぁと思い逆に冒険したくて選びました。実際にチェックインして感じたことは『家族経営の宿』だなと。限られた入浴時間や決められた食事時間でしたが私たち旅慣れしているから(笑)夕食は18時くらい、朝食は8時くらいと思ってるし貸切風呂も空いてなきゃ違う時間帯でいいじゃんって感じでしたので（確かに貸切風呂は早めの到着の方で埋まっていたので）朝の時間帯で誰もいない貸切露天風呂を独占し満喫しました。 料理も少しグレードの高いプランにしたので満足。 平日だったせいか値段も高く感じませんでした。 チェックインも夕食の支度も布団敷も朝食から最後のお見送りまで全てご家族と思われる方々だけで進められていて本当に家族経営だなぁと友人と関心致しました。 この方たち寝てるのかな？余計な事をツレは申しておりました。 今回の宿泊でどうしても過去のクチコミが良かったり悪かったりしており半信半疑での宿泊でしたが【家族経営がどういうものか】と言うのが判る者にとってしてみれば『そういう接客で普通じゃん』と思っただけです。 私たち旅好き男子軍は宿を擁護するつもりはありませんしこの宿の回し者でもないのですが過去のクチコミで悪い投稿している人ってアジア系海外の方だねって感じてます。お国柄、金さえ払えば時間外でも融通が聞いてもらえるとか知っている日本語の言葉を羅列し複数サイトのクチコミに同じ内容をコピペしている感じで余程気に入らなかったのか？ま、お国柄ですわ。金さえ払えば何でもできると思う勘違な方。 常に旅館ホテルで5点満点の施設なんてないですよ （年間100日以上は宿泊している京都人なので）どこまで自分の意見を通すかは値段だけで判断せず施設のクオリティーやスタッフの動きを見て判断します。自分も同じ状況におかれる事がありますので。あとは自分の性格に担当した方が合うか会わないか等は仕方ないと思いますね。一流ホテルでもそんなのありますから。 私たちはそういうのを全てわかった上で小宿に泊まっておりますので 少々希望通りに行かなくても文句言わない派。予約は入もの勝ち！と常に思っているので今回、正直いろいろと制約はありましたが『家族経営』だから仕方ないし、その分 他の大きな旅館にない素晴らしい「お持て成し」も受けました。実際に私たちの前のインバウンドの方はカードが使える使えないでもめていましたが予約する時にサイトの備考欄見てないのでしょうか？私たちにしてみたら不思議です。 長くなりましたが『家族経営の温泉宿』『空いているときはご自由に入浴を！』という感じの湯宿で私は4.5評価かな。強いて言うと建物が古い(笑)それは仕方ないのですがね。 地元の料理 温泉は惜しみなく流れる箱根湯本温泉 川の流れを聞きながらロビーでcafeタイム ルールが守れる日本人のための宿、もしくは日本の旅館を理解している海外の方向けの旅館んだと小生達は感じており実は10月も予約しちゃいました★ 今度は絶対に希望通りの貸切露天風呂に入るために14時45分にチェックインします！！
