The room itself was new, clean, and very comfortable, with a strong WiFi connection. The mattress was excellent, and the bedsheets were soft and cozy, making it easy to relax. However, the pillows were a bit too low, and unfortunately, no extras were available when we asked. Communication with the property via messages was smooth, but the reception desk was often unmanned during the day, making it hard to get in-person assistance. A few issues impacted our stay: - The desk chair was peeling, leaving debris on the floor (and sticking to our clothes) every time we used it. - Housekeeping only came once during our five-night stay, which was disappointing. - Early morning construction noise. Drilling and building work started very early, disrupting our sleep. While the room itself was great, the lack of maintenance, inconsistent housekeeping, and noise disturbances made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.
