The hotel looks new and is located in the Haikou walking street. That is very convenient and easy to find something to eat. It is a bit confusing that they sell cloths in front of the hotel. The staffs cannot speak English but are very friendly. The room was spacious and quite clean. There are 2 bottles of water provided in the room for free of charge. Sleeping with ear-plugs is recommended if you book a room with windows, which is facing to the street and a bit noisy in the morning. 100 CNY in cash is required for the deposit for 1 key card.

The hotel is a little bit expensive for what you get. There is no aircon in the corridor and the rooms are extremely hot in summer. However, the aircon works well in the room and there is an intelligent toilet that reads books and tells you the recent news. Could be noisy depending on the room location. The staff is a bit lazy but friendly. Many people stay a long time in the hostel because they have troubles in life and hard childhood.

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

La tienda es nueva, la habitación de cama de cama de cama seleccionada, aunque no es grande, pero muy cálida, muy limpia, la casa de baño tiene ventanas, y hay un ordenador en la habitación. La cama es la característica más grande, como la cama de cama, muy romántica. El servicio es aún más inútil, la hermana es muy entusiasta, muy intimidad, cuando se fue, también envió un pequeño gusto para comer en la carretera, la tienda era realmente muy cuidadosa y muy cálida. Además, el hermano pequeño al lado de la tienda de la cafetería también es muy entusiasta, su casa es muy buena, sugerimos que todos probar.

El entorno del hotel es bueno, los amigos recomiendan, salir a jugar este hotel, el entorno es bueno, la higiene limpia, el sueño es muy cómodo, la ubicación es muy buena, hay muchos copos cercanos, principalmente la actitud de servicio de la señorita de la recepción es muy entusiasta. La próxima vez que venga a vivir aquí, la recomendación es muy buena 👍

Really nice little hotel. Great location. Room was small but I am a solo traveller so it's just right for me. I don't ask for much. Just a clean room, no bedbugs, hot shower and clean toilet and I'm happy. I stayed there 4 days and didn't encounter any noise issues even in the hotel itself. Would stay there again.

La façada y la estructura del hotel eran menos agradables y me preocupaba cuando llegué. El hotel es un hotel muy bonito, pero no es un hotel muy bonito. La recepción estaba en la parte de atrás y todo el lugar parecía apagado. Entré en el cuarto y el aire acondicionado era muy pobre y el cuarto estaba caliente (estuve del 29 de abril al 1 de mayo y el clima exterior estaba caliente!). Sinceramente, me sentí incómodo, pero después de la primera impresión que me puso en el hotel, empezó a sentir el encanto del hotel. El hotel se ha convertido en un hotel comercial muy agradable, con una gran variedad de decoraciones y una historia de Nanyang. La habitación era muy amplia, sin falta de acomodaciones, y la cama y las cucharas eran buenas para dormir. Proporcionaron detergente para lavar la ropa y servicio de lavado y secado gratuito. El desayuno era malo (por favor, pase). La ubicación es excelente! En el corazón de la calle vieja Qilou, a pie a la Torre de la Hora (menos de 10 minutos) y el Puente del siglo (45 minutos a pie y 10 minutos en coche). Excelente masaje de pies (distán) a una distancia de caminar (menos de 8 minutos).

I want to specifically says thank you to 万新 and 骆一呀. Not sure what happened but there was a bit of hiccup with my reservation, 万新 came to rescue and resolve the situation and let us check in smoothly. Very professional, friendly and approachable. The next day, we were leaving to airport, it was still raining and difficult to hail a taxi thus I have requested 一呀 to help to call DiDi and without hesitation, she helped us to book. She brought us to the DiDi waiting area and made sure that we boarded the right car and sent us off. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very new. The lobby and room are very clean. Overall, the 1 night stay was very pleasant. The staff willingness to go extra miles is beyond words. I really appreciated their services. Thank you so much.
