The staff is extremely helpful and courteous - great customer service! Offered useful guidance and a great place to stay for travelers given the cleanliness and advanced technology! :)

Only for a one night stay so wasn't expecting much but the service surprised me. Friendly and kind. Location is superb, but also mean frantically trying to unload luggage; jamming the road. Entrance was also half hidden by what looks like a clothing store.

The hotel looks new and is located in the Haikou walking street. That is very convenient and easy to find something to eat. It is a bit confusing that they sell cloths in front of the hotel. The staffs cannot speak English but are very friendly. The room was spacious and quite clean. There are 2 bottles of water provided in the room for free of charge. Sleeping with ear-plugs is recommended if you book a room with windows, which is facing to the street and a bit noisy in the morning. 100 CNY in cash is required for the deposit for 1 key card.

Dirty, broken window - a lot of mosquitoes come in and bite us like mad. Cannot sleep whole night. Toilet is dirty. But location is pretty good - close to the shops. Noisy at night though.

The hotel is situated in the old town of
Haikou. Our room was super clean, well furnished, had a comfortable bed and was very quiet because faced the backyard. The stuff was friendly.

It is smack right on the qiliao old street. It is a very convenient airbnb but it does not have much amenities. Somewhat like a hostel / homestay kind of place.

Location is very good, near bus stop also, but there is cigarettes smell at front desk. The cleanliness on the floor can be improved, but overall is fine. Free bottle water everyday . Simple hotel with lift

Basically really meant to stay for awhile only. Nothing much, the lobby felt very hot as if no aircon. Room noise insulation not very good, woken up a few times because of the noise from the road side.
