Manli Holiday Apartment

They gave me a bigger apartment than the one i booked. it was a big 3-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one, plus kitchen and balcony. aircon was working alright (you'll need it on this hot island) and it had a washing machine too. it was on the 10th floor of a residential tower just across the street from the entrance of the Renaissance hotel. they serviced it daily with fresh towels and by making the beds. i would rate it 5 star, except that it is a little worn out, the kitchen has basically no cutlery or else, and the mattrass is very hard. the area has plenty of cheap eateries and a supermarket nearby. free shuttles to/from Mission Hills Resort leave every 30 mins. from the Renaissance. very affordable accomodation, would stay again if in the area of Missiin Hills. basically it's very close to the 14th tee of the Blackstone golf course, but no access from there. walking to Mission Hills Resort takes 30-35 mins., by taxi 5 mins. 10 yuan.

The overall quality is good but one of the rooms has very heavy smoking smell. Also one of the balcony doors can not be locked

This is the second time I have booked the same apartment, counter staff is very accommodating to our needs. The place is clean, quite and nice environment. Near convenient store and restaurants. Mins drive to airport and city.
