The both hotel room 906 & 723 are so clean and is Smart system. The concierge staff are very helpful and room cleaners are very helpful & responsible too.I will definitely come back again and recommend my friend too.
Especially when we check out the room and our flight is 11pm,the concierge guy still allow us to use the rest room,I really appreciate for his extra mile.

For the price, it's pretty decent.. the downsides are the poor sound-proofing, sounds from the road and corridor are loud. The mattress from the bed is also rather old as you could feel the spring. Staff seemed impatient when I asked about the hotel Wifi.
I enjoyed browsing the channels on the hotel TV and the shampoo and body soap, so that was nice.

When we checked in, the room smelled a bit funny but we managed to get rid of it by buying air freshener spray. The wall was flaking on one corner. Location was okay- can walk to shopping areas easily. Service is also not too bad but they do not speak any English so will need to use a translating app. Cleaner changed our sheets for us daily as requested.

第一天剛進去房間的時候是910，一摸床單床單被罩感覺很潮，床單下面還有頭髮沒清理，喊工作人員來處理，保潔阿姨嘴上説方言一直在説，聽着感覺在抱怨也聽不懂，但是就感覺我很不舒服。最後我要求換房在對面去了，前台也沒有歉意什麼的我感覺服務很差，但畢竟價格在這夜不過多要求。第二天結果因為我的項鍊丟在酒店了，客房經理服務還是很好的，一直在給我找，離店後還有個答覆，服務四分全是給客房經理的，雖然最終和我的項鍊沒找到。海口還是很美的，但這次事故讓我不太開心，項鍊也丟了

1.隔音差。
隔音約等於無，半夜開關門和聊天聲和在耳邊説沒什麼區別，睡眠質量很不好。
2.設施不完善。
關完總控就是死活關不掉電視的燈，而且晚上把燈全部都開了整體還是挺暗的，暖光且照明不全
3.衞生整體還行。
但是非常不滿意的是明明加錢訂的禁煙房結果入住裏面有個煙灰缸是什麼意思？而且房間也是進去就是各種味，通了半天風才好點，走廊和電梯二手煙問題尤其嚴重，這麼愛二手煙以後不要賣禁煙房
