前台也很nice ，全屋小度智能家居，房間乾淨整潔，環境舒適宜人。還有接送機服務，老闆親自幫客人拿行李，服務很貼心，附近還有大商場可以購物吃飯帶小孩玩，要是再有個專屬停車場就太完美啦！性價比超高！強烈推薦！

設施：離機場不遠，與周圍環境反差比較大，雖然看起來不大，但是五臟俱全，整體還是很乾凈整潔的，算是周邊看起來亮堂又很舒適的一家酒店了，還是比較推薦入住的。
服務：酒店服務人員態度好，會幫忙拿行李，微笑問候，還有接送服務，很貼心。

半夜兩點抵達酒店，也沒有提前跟我們聯繫，留個一個正對電梯口的登記，提出換房，前台告訴已經滿房，酒店隔音非常差，隔壁洗漱水流都能聽得見，對於睡眠質量差的人來説就是災難，第二天早上十點果斷退房，酒店在一個居民區巷子裏面，也沒有停車位，我們停在馬路邊，走了十分鐘才找到酒店，進去沒有毛巾，浴巾，房門也是打開狀態，酒店房型的名字起的不錯，實際就是一個普通的單體酒店，中規中矩，衞生間上廁所門是無法關上門的。睡了五個小時，乾脆退房。

用了攜程那麼久第一次給差評，酒店外觀嚴重與實體不符，司機師傅拐進小衚衕的時候一度以為師傅走錯了，一看導航到達目的地了。實際上是在衚衕裏面的居民樓修建的酒店，對面都是足療按摩店之類的，尤其帶着孩子住，這種環境真的無語了，但是想退房不住了，但是想想衹是過個夜忍忍就過去了也懶得折騰了。房間裏面還OK吧，算是乾淨衞生，窗外也都是居民樓很嘈雜。下次不會再住了。

酒店設施齊全，小度智能呼喚控制全屋系統。床邊無線手機充電，u口,type c,安卓usb接口全都有。牙刷還是孩子的卡通牙刷很貼心。床墊枕頭也舒服。門口各種餐館南方菜北方菜，肯德基，一應俱全，滿足不同胃口。買特產有個大超市，非常方便。離美蘭機場10分鐘車程。酒店還配有接送機服務，很貼心。附近有一個海口天鵝湖動物園，打車也就5公里。親子出行可以去逛。總之酒店非常不錯。

房間超棒，離美蘭機場超級近，我們有兩家人一同出遊，選擇了酒店的接機服務，就是接機服務很慢很慢很慢，不過酒店處理方案不錯，報銷我們打車的費用，大廳裏有小孩子看的繪本，可以免費借閲很棒。第二天離開的送機服務很nice時間很準速度很快。（本地出租車司機很喜歡打聽遊客的事，抹黑機場附近酒店，因為距離近司機利潤低，各位到海口玩注意自行判斷訊息真假）

酒店很新，服務很好，前台小姐姐很nice，把接機方法描述的很詳細，飛機晚點，凌晨2點才到，仍然有人接機，衹是一台車做了3家，需要等齊人，挨個送，時間上要長一些，好在價格便宜，性價比高。

外型跟商家展示圖不一致很小，在巷子裏的，應該是舊的樓裏面重新改裝過，一進門有股酸臭味，廁所洗澡房也有反臭的，隔音差有人説話都能聽到，凌晨就能被隔壁棟養的雞叫醒，一大早又被機器人送錯房門叫醒，整晚都沒睡好。
晚上接機的男司機態度很差又兇，也不説哪裡等也不説什麼車就一直叫人家走去路中間。不過下午前台的小姐姐態度超好的，這個不錯👌
