去Birmingham Safari Park 前一晚，巳訂在Premier Inn 酒店住一晚。中途遇上Road Block 未能前往酒店，幸好訂的是連鎖酒店，聯絡上他們，即時為我們預留附近酒店的房間。酒店早餐不錯。以至能令我們順利到Safaris Park睇動物😍😍😍

We were on a small golfing trip and we needed somewhere to rest overnight so we booked this Premier Inn. On entering Reception we were greeted by Debbie who was a bundle of energy and positivity. She gave us a warm and friendly welcome and sorted out our rooms with great efficiency. We had a couple of questions which Debbie was only too happy to help. If only all Hotel Reception staff were as helpful, welcoming and friendly as Debbie. A great ambassador for your brand. Room, bed and bathroom were tidy and more than adequate.

Room keys did not work for two nights, I had to explain this to two different receptionists, don't they communicate via handovers? I booked a table in the Beefeater at reception for two nights but on arrival at the restaurant I was not booked in. After two nights stay I requested my room to be serviced (this is the PI policy), yet when I got back to my room at 4.00 pm it had not been done. I queried this with reception only to be told that housekeeping had gone home... I had to ask for fresh towels, no effort was made whatsoever. The dual carriageway was being resurfaced and high traffic disruption, yet this was not stated on the PI website when I booked my stay. The WiFi is shocking, I was staying for business and it's not sufficient to do laptop work without waiting for everything to eventually download. Finally, the staff just seem like they don't want to be there, no eye contact, no good morning/good evening or a smile!

The room was clean and tidy, Debbie was amazing answered all m questions took the time of day and made they stay worth while she is a real asset to the company. Being in the holiday industry she is a gem. Beds were clean and well made up, towels were pressed. Debbie offered to book my meal in the restaurant, she assisted me with the WIFI access could not have asked for more, the young gentleman that took over from Debbie deserves the same compliments.

Plenty of parking, easy to find. The receptionist wasn't the friendliest I've met, but check in was quick and efficient. Rooms are small for a premier inn, clean (apart from the remote control!). If you have mobility issues ask for a downstairs room as there is no lift. The rooms do not have A/C, but a fan is provided. My room was quiet but others commented that they were disturbed by banging doors all night. The beds are not comfortable. It is a shame Premier inn no longer have the tempura mattresses, the new silent night mattresses are rock hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast service is friendly and efficient.

Hidden gem, Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Bed was really comfortable. Beefeater restaurant on site. Food was delicious and all cooked to order. Free parking too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Debbie friendly and extremely helpful. Changed Rooms due to stairs being a problem. Helpful regarding the Restaurant. Very pleasant stay. We have stayed here before HAGLEY. And sure to return. We love the Beefeater Restaurant next door. Far superior than your Thyme Restaurants.

Very good hotel, friendly service at reception and at the restaurant. Special thanks to Stef who was so kind, and attentive. Great customer service and her personality is such a delight. I would stay here again for sure and highly recommend.
