From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Extendí ayer porque no quedé satisfecho con el arroz comercial al lado del hotel. El hotel está muy cerca del arroz comercial del peaje. A sólo un paseo del hotel. Menos de 100 metros. Es mejor bajar y llegar a la tienda de nasi dagang en el peaje antes de las 830. Como siempre son las 9 en punto, el nasi dagang se acaba.

Keadaan bilik kurang bersih. Terdapat rambut di atas katil. Mohon tingkat kan lagi aspek kebersihan. Location is superb and the room is big. I like it.

I’m so happy to spend my time with family here .. the breakfast food is so good especially nasi minyak & its sambal belacan .. the pool is also nice with the bridge view .. the room is so clean & big for me & my husband .. what i could say this hotel is so recommeded & nice to stay ! Todavía uso muebles viejos, no hay alfombra, el baño está bastante sucio y atascado, da miedo por la noche, hay mosquitos. Pero me gusta mucho el ambiente verde y tranquilo, la comida del desayuno es deliciosa y el lugar es cómodo. El check in/check out es muy rápido, no es necesario esperar mucho. Espero que el resort pueda mejorar las condiciones de la habitación para mayor comodidad.
