2 to 3 hours after the official check in time, our two bedroom apartment was still not ready. Thankfully the batam grand mall was just opposite. It is very very convenient and allowed us to keep going back to the hotel to check if our apartment was ready. We spent the entire afternoon at the mall and finally managed to check in! The living and dining area was huge, and so were the bedrooms and balcony! It was clean and comfortable. Brought the children for a swim and the provide beach towels! The swimming pool has a very nice view and we could see the beautiful sunset! If we were to return to Batam, I would want to stay here again!

Have a memorable experience staying in Brevely Hotel Batam on my recent trip with friends. Must say room is huge for deluxe King and staff are super friendly.Daily breakfast with average options but food are delicious.unfortunatly pool is under renovation.
Overall is a present stay in this hotel will surely recommend friends to experience the stay

Everything is fine except that there is a problem with the room door lock. We called up the receptionist and 2 of the hotel staffs came over within 5 mins to repair the door lock on the spot. Its not our first time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come again.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road.
The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices.
The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable.
The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc.
The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam.
It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

La piscina y el gimnasio se han mantenido y limpios.

Todo estuvo bien, con el servicio el problema fue en el check in el 25 de febrero de 2023. Llegamos al hotel según la hora del check in, pero la habitación no estaba lista para que la ocupáramos. Nos dijeron que esperáramos una hora y finalmente la habitación estuvo lista después de dos horas. No sé por qué hubo un retraso tan largo.
El personal de recepción hizo todo lo posible y no los culpamos. Tal vez hubo escasez de personal de limpieza y no pudieron limpiar y preparar las habitaciones.
Espero que el hotel pueda investigar esta área para evitar tales problemas.
En general, estoy feliz y satisfecho con mi estadía. y esperamos volver a hospedarnos en su hotel.

This is a cheap and good hotel located next to the market and within walking distance of Batam Grand Mall and BCS Mall. The area is surrounded by massage parlors and eateries, with the A2 food court open until 3 AM. The market is bustling in the morning, offering plenty of food options. I would rate the hotel 9/10. There’s karaoke and in-house massage services available. The breakfast is outstanding and delicious, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is good near grand batam mall and BCS. And a lots of street food during nite time. Easy access to everywhere with grab or gojet. And I'm really happy with the all the staff there especially Ms Mellina who really attentive during my breakfast at the cafe ,they are very helpful, friendly and welcoming during our stay.

BBeautiful day to travelLoved the close proximity this hotel is to Grand Batam Mall the newest and amazing mall in Batam! Food, fun, shopping aplenty to do there. Just 5 minutes walk away. A couple of popular cafes in the same area but it was pouring the past few days we were there so we couldn’t walk around much.
The road at the entrance was a little muddy and bumpy cos of the rain but there were staff there to assist us. Took a lift upstairs to the lobby for check in, quick and efficient. Requested high floor but it wasn’t available but that’s fine. Room is huge and comfortable. Bed was not as soft as we wished for. Toilet is spacious with shower and rain shower.
Only downside was the cleanliness of the towels. Looks yellowish and not very clean.
Right opposite theres a massage place RE and it was really clean and relaxing as we did our aromatherapy scrub, Balinese massage as well as hair wash and head massage for just $50+ for 2 hours.
Taxis are affordable and usually only takes 2-3 minutes for a car to arrive. Went to Nagoya Hill to walk walk see see and ate at Warung Guling Pak Made and we loved it! And also took taxi to the Blue Fire Beach club which is next to Atlantis and Deep Sea.

Ppillows n teaEverything is just right, the price, location,spacious room and bfast is amazing (except lontong sayur. .lontong is good..but the soup..too salty n too much water...pls fix it ^^ ( should be curious when the qty is still a lot whilst the other menus r kept being refills ), cleanliness 👍however the access card is killing..ONLY ONE, we travelled as family.. so when one of us was out of room at night or breakfast whatever..one of us has to standby.. couldn't sleep at time, and rush our time in bathroom or toilet to open the door for our fam member. Not efficient at all.. eventhough I was willing to put deposit for additional card, the front desk rejected bcos of d house rule.

PPUI CHUII gave full 5/5 grades for Batam 1 Hotel. Located is good, there are food stall around the area and it takes 10 to 15 minutes walk to Nagoya Shopping Mall. I took Grab from Mall back to Hotel was only 12k (about S$1). The room was clean, bedsheets and pillow cases were smelt fresh. Many channels on TV. Counter staff were courteous, checkin checkout also fast. Breakfast was simple but not too bad indeed. Hotel guest gets 30% discount for the massage at level 3. I will book this hotel again the next time I visit Batam.

Cons: no mini fridge in superior room. During night time, can hear some noise and singing from the street but bearable. The towels provided by hotel look old.
Breakfast was mediocre and not worth it. Rice was bland and hard. Food took a long time to replenish on empty trays on both weekdays.
Overall, it was a satisfied stay. Will return again for its strategic location but not for the breakfast.
