Enjoyed our stay here! Walkable distance from metro station. Some nice food downstairs (especially the xlb store). Hotel checked us in when we reached early. Service from the ladies at the reception was very good, fast delivery when requested for items to room as well. Free washing machine and dryers provided. When there was a queue for it, hotel sent a staff to help with the washing and drying. Very very good service! One thing that can be improved is the air conditioning. Booked 2 rooms, aircon in 1 room was faulty and checked room the 2nd night but that room had cigarette smell (inconsiderate guest). Reception applologied and sent us back with gift. Would definitely consider staying again when I'm back here!

Excellent location! Beautiful view!! If you come here, you must live in a lake view room. The view of the lake from the high floor is awesome, overlooking the Li Lake and Li Garden below. Most of all, the service of Xiaolu (卢颖)housekeeper is super, she is thoughtful and meticulous, and the room arrangement is perfect. Every time we come to Wuxi, we would choose Hubin Hotel. Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

The room cleanliness is good. Mattress is comfortable and not too soft. Only need to travel a distance from car park then access to the floor 36 which is the lobby.

朋友推薦的酒店，確實很好。房間大，服務好。我們聽説這裏的自助晚餐很豐富就打電話瞭解開始的時間，沒想到居然，居然滿座了，餐廳服務員在徵得我們意見後在外場安排了餐桌。 餐廳的服務員特別熱情，尤其是那個叫呂柔佳的小姑娘，不但熱情而且情商特別高，贊一個。 酒店範圍很大，園林做得很好，還有觀光車讓客人在園林裏觀光。 提個意見，就是請酒店在平時要注意客房的衞生細節，我在退房時已經給前台經理説了。 還有附圖最後兩張照片是走廊的斜坡，光溜溜的萬一有水就會滑，對客人來講是個安全隱患，不知道酒店是怎麼想的。

Excelente estadía. La Sra. Sun fue extremadamente servicial y amable. Excelente bienvenida en la recepción, hizo un trabajo excepcional. Gracias Sun. Solo recuerda, el piso 28 es donde está la recepción y el check-in allí. Excelente ubicación... fácil de llegar a la estación de metro, tiendas, todo muy accesible. Seguramente me hospedaré aquí la próxima vez que vaya a Wuxi. Las habitaciones están extremadamente limpias, son cómodas y cuentan con todas las comodidades. Gracias 🙏😊.

Nice hotel. The night shift staff was wonderful(Made every attempt to communicate in English) The room was very comfortable with all the amenities. They had wireless charging available and the room is controlled by an iPad like device. Located just 5 mins walking distance from exit 1 of shenglimen(胜利门)-line 1 (1 stop from Wuxi railway station) The breakfast was nice with balance choices in Chinese and western food.
