Location wise, very convenient. The staff was very polite, especially the technician who helped us with the laundry machine! The gym facility included free weights/ bench which I highly appreciate!
The rooms were very spacious and the cleaning staff was very quick with their jobs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay (3 nights), highly recommended!

This boutique hotel is very well managed and provides a top quality environment and exceptional service that rivals even international 5 star hotels. We were impressed. From pre arrival to departure at the train station, the team follows up closely to ensure you’re well looked after - and if there is ever any question, anyone in the team is very swift to respond. The property sits midway of the village and is situated on higher ground, providing an expansive view overlooking other houses. In room, they clearly spare no effort providing very good quality fittings. The breakfast spread didn’t disappoint and is a very decent array of local and western options. The one highlight and very considerate gesture provided by the hotel was bringing in a private demonstration of Dong cultural singing. The close interaction with these cultural ambassadors was invaluable and very much enjoyable. Lastly thank you to the amazing team running the hotel like clock work including Mr Chen, 小石，小龙 and everyone else whom i interacted with but didn’t get a chance to know all your names! Thank you once again and I look forward to the next time!

Renovated in 2022, the Guizhou Zhongrui Tianxi Hotel offers both holiday makers and business travelers a pleasant stay in Kaili. 國內國外大大小小的酒店住過不少，這一家的性價比無敵了！讓我對貴州的好印象又+10086，每一位工作人員的態度都很友好；
房間的乾淨整潔自不用多説，挑不出一點衞生毛病，房間有地毯但是沒煙味，椅子也沒有任何污漬，可想打掃多麼用心。
另外住了這家酒店才知道，原來早餐是可以中午12點才結束的，再也不用火急火燎的起床去趕早飯，更絕的是晚上還提供免費宵夜，全天提供下午茶和水果，雖然是免費的，但是並不敷衍！很新鮮，很好吃！
淋浴間的花灑沒有一點水漬，乾淨明亮，還有烘乾機和泡腳桶，洗了衣服第二天要穿完全不用擔心晾不幹，酒店真的處處是細節，完全是從旅客的角度來提供真正旅客需要的服務；
我是女生獨自旅行，前台姐姐給我安排在了電梯口旁邊的房間，真的很貼心！
這家酒店是真的把旅客當家人，大家都來住！！
臨走的時候還送了一袋米，嘿嘿，寓意很好！

The service on the hotel provided is superb excellent, I would like to specially thanks to ”Yang Yang” as she helped me a lot on my needs and enquiries. The breakfast, teatime refreshment and night dessert are nice too, especially for the night dessert, its warmth my heart and stomach after long day trip back to hotel at night.
The hotel is very new, clean and well equipped too! I'm happy with the stay here and highly recommend on this hotel when you travel to Kaili.

訂了兩間房，三個晚上，房間有特色、乾淨、高級，服務好。
從酒店望出去，是一片大大的梯田，後面是層層的青山，景色和空氣很棒，像個世外桃源。體驗項目也很多，可以徒步爬山、採茶、看真實的苗族人家，夏天來體驗項目更多。
酒店的餐飲也很不錯，餐廳的牛肉、魚、蔬菜都很新鮮，是真的高品質。房間裏的水都是絲芙的，深圳一瓶要15-20元，咖啡是nesspresso的，冰箱裏的可樂/雪碧免費喝，真的性價比超級高！！！可以感受到酒店的用心。
更重要的是，這個度假酒店是一個扶貧項目，為大山裡的人家提供了很多就業崗位，每年還會給村裡分紅，為開發這個項目的人和這裏的每一位員工點贊👍
在去千户苗寨的路上，“5A景區攻堅戰”的標語令我印象深刻，山裡的人**協力，努力通過旅遊業帶動整個地區的發展。路很長，也很難走，但我能感受到大家用自己的雙手開創美好生活的決心和信心。這家度假酒店就是很好的證明。

UUsuario invitadoEven though the check-in time was quite late, the host kindly guided us through WeChat Messenger from the taxi pick-up at Kailinan Railway Station(凯里南站) all the way to the b&b! Even though it was 1 AM, a very late hour, they took us for a walk around the area and used a translation app to explain everything to us in detail, making sure we understood. They even lent us a power bank since our battery was running low.
As soon as we entered the b&b, we were impressed by how clean and hygienic everything was, especially the bathroom and shower, which are areas we are most sensitive about. The amenities provided were more than sufficient. The view from the accommodation was also fantastic, with the location being close to an observation deck, offering beautiful views at all times. We also had free water and beverages in the fridge.
The host kindly reminded us not to miss breakfast and served pho and snacks that were light and easy to enjoy in the morning. The warm soy milk in the winter was a nice touch. After check-out, we had another chance to explore the area. The host kindly stored our heavy luggage for us, which was very thoughtful. Finally, they explained the way to Kailin South Station and even saw us off.
It’s not easy to travel in this area even for locals, but thanks to the host’s thoughtful care and attention for us, two foreigners, our Guiyang trip became a very enjoyable experience. If we visit Guiyang again, we will definitely stay here.

衞生：滿分！全屋很乾凈，香香的，不是那種酒店香。包括室外拍照的那些被子枕頭都是會收回室內，這一點是挺意外的

服務：滿分！服務這一塊絕對是數一數二的，誰體驗誰知道，一開始會細心的發路線圖，到小北門下車之後管家來接，從進苗寨和出苗寨，中途我就沒提過行李箱，包括我們走了，也會給我們送到門口，就差給我們把行李箱搬上車了。到民俗了也會講解遊玩路線之內的介紹，還為每一位住户建一個入住服務的管家羣（會提前詢問方不方便）有什麼問題都在裏面説，包括下午茶和浴缸泡澡什麼的都會細心服務到位。包括第二天的早餐都會詢問下樓就餐還是送到房間，到位！

IIng YungXijiang is undergoing major construction phase. Access from the viewing deck to the hotel is a tiny horrendous narrow steep dirt alley with physical encounter with ponies used for hauling building materials. A new hotel is under construction right next door and screeching of drills and banging of hammer started promptly at 7am. White painted room decorated by light colour elegant furniture provide a lively zen ambiance. Uneven surfaces at the entrance, breakfast bench and parts of the room resulted in a few trips and stumble. Modern and top grade amenities, toilet suites and voice activated commands took a little use to but very convenient. Breakfast was a choice between boiled rice noodle or spaghetti with a heart shaped froed egg in the bowl and another hard boiled on the serving tray. Tit bits and free beer prepaed for afternoon tea was extended to mid night cap. Appreciated most of all were the free porterage of our luggage through the steep alleys of the famous hillsides to and from our room.

WWongyThis is the best hotel you will get in Rongjiang. I would say the standard of fit out is similar to a Atour hotel for example. However, this is a brand new property and has a lot of gaps and it feels like the hotel is at a pre opening stage rather than a fully opened hotel.
The Landry in very small basically only one washing machine and one dryer. But after each wash there was water leaks all over the floor as they have not installed the water pipes properly.
The rooms are clean but air con keeps on switching off and you need to keep on changing cold settings to turn it back on. Another annoying thing is the toilet light. Even when turned on the sensors will turn off the light halfway through a shower. So you need to wave the sensor to turn the lights on again.
The reception staff are friendly but clearly lack the polished service. I purchase two nights and added to additional night which I paid at the hotel. But the evening staff don’t seem to communicate with the morning shift. I received a call on the third day around lunchtime asking why I didn’t check out when I paid for two extra nights at reception.
There is supposed to be a gym but no equipment and the football field below is nice but entrance to the field is not yet setup.
Finally, breakfast is very very basic so don’t expect much. Noodles, eggs and a few veggie dishes but quality is quite low.

En la llegada, el jefe ofrece una visión muy completa del pueblo y sus atractivos y le anima a contactar con ella a través de WeChat con cualquier pregunta! El marido también recomendó un restaurante de caldo de pote cercano para la cena donde conocí a un hermano y hermana de Chongqing, que condujo a una noche borracha de comida especia, karaoke, y me caminaba por el pueblo sin zapatos o una camiseta 😂 - 10/10 cena ¡Recomendación!
La habitación era espaciosa, temprana y tenía todas las características necesarias de una habitación de hotel. El agua está disponible (no todos los hoteles lo hacen!) y también están contentos de ofrecer algunos de sus deliciosos vinos de arroz :)
La noche anterior a la salida, pedí información sobre los billetes de autobús a Kaili y el marido incluso la reservaba en mi nombre, tan útil!

TTey katelynI love the view of the hotel, although some of the furniture's are a little bit torn in the living room but the ones in the room are clean and tidy !
The owner has a really cute corgi, and he's very friendly in guiding us despite calling him multiple times a day to ask him for direction , bus transfer, and luggage transfer.
I would recommend not to bring too heavy items like I did because the route to the hotel is a bit far and difficult until the bus station.
It's a really chill hotel that's near another viewing point for the paddy field . The design is good too!
Thanks to the kitchen , I managed to cook my own supper, and there's a convenience store right outside the hotel too.

You can even order luggage pick up service when you're leaving (at a price).
There's also some food delivery available thru MeiTuan.

El personal no habla inglés pero es realmente servicial y amable. El hotel puede proporcionar entradas para las atracciones a un precio más bajo, solo pregúnteles. También te dirán los mejores lugares para visitar en el pueblo. El desayuno consiste sólo en fideos locales, pero los encontré deliciosos. Por supuesto, si tienes coche, tendrás que aparcar en la puerta del pueblo y coger un autobús lanzadera. Esto es obligatorio. No hay coches de turistas en el pueblo. Hay cientos de restaurantes en el pueblo, así que no hay problema.

1: No hay pantuflas desechables, las escaldé con agua caliente antes de usarlas, mi novia todavía tenía pie de atleta cuando regresó.
2: El núcleo de la almohada estaba muy amarillo y asqueroso. No dormí sobre la almohada la segunda noche.
3: Las sábanas están amarillas en algunos lugares, no sé si no han sido lavadas o no están bien lavadas.
