고속도로에서 나오면 바로 있습니다. 근처에 대형 쇼핑몰인 슈가로프 밀과도 아주 가깝습니다.
룸은 전반적으로 깨끗하며, 내부에서 취사도 할 수 있어서 상당히 편했습니다.

Very good hotel in the Suwanee / Duluth area. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and my most recent stay was April 2025. I have a regular studio room which was clean, up to date and well maintained. The kitchen was fully functional and it had all the appliance and utensils neede for a 2 week stay. The bathroom was very clean and everything was fully functioning. The hotel does offer free breakfast in the morning but I have never tried it as I preferred to have breakfast on my room. There is also a pool onsite and an outdoors grill for BBQ'ing. The hotel has started to charge for vehicle parking and at the time of my stay the rate was 10USD per vehicle per day. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. I would be more than happy to stay there again if I find myself in the area.

Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to stay as a first time guest. The rooms aren't maintained well. Markings on the walls, shower floor visibly stained. Bathroom door had chipped wood. These cosmetic images could be over looked. But when I turned on the bathroom faucet, it begin to make noise while what looked like a lavender colored water came out. Concerned about using the water and after having an unpleasant check in where my card was intentionally charged two different amounts, I decided to check out of the hotel and find other accommodations. No accountability for their error was acknowledged, shown or given. After showing the GM the dirty running faucet water, nothing was said. Staff failed at providing positive resolution for their error. But receives an A+ in staring and being amused by unprofessional service.

The hotel staff at Residence Inn @ Duluth Sugarloaf was Awesome! The customer service from the front desk to the event personnel that assisted us with family and friends check in for a wedding to the set up for the rehearsal brunch was Excellent and Awesome! Thank you for being so professional! A big thank you to Front Desk Clerk Zeydah for resolving a reservation issue, she was very professional in assisting with the matter at hand. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

I am not sure when this hotel was built but the upkeep made it look like it was built last week. Immaculately clean. Rooms more than spacious. Beds heavenly. Extra large shower. Staff tremendous. Kudos to Miss Vickie at the desk, the two breakfast attendants who worked April 5 and 6, the shuttle driver who took me to the arena with the shared shuttle with the Courtyard next door (and the maintenance man at the Courtyard who organized it). The only very small negative was no potatoes at breakfast (heard it may be a corporate decision). Will definitely return if come back to area for another event at GasSouth Arena.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. My first night there I placed my suitcase in the closet which knocked over the ironing board and behind the ironing board was a gigantic empty bottle of Johnnie Walker which was the size of my forearm. Hard to miss if the room had been thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. The bathroom was not well laid out and the open shower concept does not work well especially with the wecare notes to hang towels and wash clothes for reuse when the water from the shower runs into the bathroom floor. The bathroom was not the cleanest. My second night there I opened the closet to hang my sweater and a spider jumped out. At checkout, I requested a printed receipt when asked and was not provided with a copy and instead was rushed out with a “it was emailed to you.” This happened after staff asked about my stay and I responded “it was okay.”

The Residence Inn Duluth Sugarloaf offers a great stay in a nice, convenient location. The hotel is clean, with adequate parking and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, and the team that prepared breakfast went out of their way to ensure guests had what they needed—a big plus for starting the day on a good note. The location is another highlight. It’s close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the freeway, making it easy to get around or pick up essentials. My only disappointment is that they no longer provide coffee after the breakfast hours. I understand the reason they gave—that it’s wasted—but it’s a small touch that adds a lot to the guest experience. One of my favorite features of Marriott hotels has always been the all-day coffee access, and its absence was noticeable. Overall, it’s a solid choice for comfort, convenience, and service. I’d love to see the return of the coffee station, but even without it, the Residence Inn Duluth Sugarloaf still delivers a great stay so I'm still rating it a 5

Excellent service was gotten BEFORE I left NY!! The representatives made me feel welcomed while I made my reservations. The daily breakfast was hot and offered a good variety. The room was clean and fresh. The room had a good view with a quiet area of the hall.

I have previously stayed at this location and loved it. Here we are a couple of years later, and it is still in pristine shape when it was built. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We will be staying here again on our next visit. Many restaurants are near to explore, please take advantage.
