La habitación y el baño estaban bien. Pero el servicio no es tan bueno. La TV no funciona y casi llamamos 5-6 veces y en el último momento hicieron la TV en condiciones de trabajo. El desayuno gratuito tampoco es bueno.

The Deluxe room was so small. Curtain Is so thin and cannot provide full Privacy. Rest the Room and Bathroom is clean. There was no bad small and no water problem. Good For one day stay.

Vishwaratan hotel is located in a crowded locality although it has all the amenities you would like in a hotel. The staff were well mannered, right from security to reception. Rooms although small but were well kept with clean linen. The washroom was clean. Restaurant is good but breakfast spread was limited. They provided us complimentary breakfast. Near to fashion bazar and market. I would suggest this if you are looking for a short stay with kamakhya temple darshan in mind since the temple is 20 min drive from this place.

Rooms & washroom were not cleaned properly. Food was below average. I stayed in this property 5-6 times in last 6 month but the breakfast menu was same didn't find anything new and that too below average.

The location of the hotel is convenient and well-situated. While the rooms were small, they were nicely decorated. The washrooms were also small, and the rooms either had just one window or, in some cases, no windows at all. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us even at odd hours, allowing us to step out at 2 am and facilitating a smooth check-out at 5 am. Both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and hassle-free. However, i would not recommend ordering food from the hotel, as it is delivered from another hotel. The packaging, taste, and quality of the food were quite average. Additionally, i would not suggest including breakfast from this hotel. Overall, while the staff's hospitality was commendable, the small room size, lack of windows, and mediocre food quality made the overall experience just average.

despite booking two rooms in advance, the room provided were very far from each other. when argued for provisioning of rooms together then rooms of lower category were presented rather than the ones booked. the hotel is overpriced but location is good and food is also good. however, it's short staffed

Nice and welcoming staff, though i did not know the local language but the staff did good bargaining for me with the outside taxi. The room was clean and the food was excellent. Very comfortable stay. The staff were very welcoming and as i was from outside the state helped me with local taxis and even negotiated for me. The rooms were clean and maintained,

The room and bathroom were not completely clean. We had to ask for towels and other necessary items like soap, sampoo, brush etc. As our room was close to the house keeping room it was very disturbing even at night. Breakfast was worst as there were very few veg options and the taste was also not good. butter which they provided for making bread butter was also expired. The outside view from our room was also very bad. I'm only giving a 3 star because whenever i call for room service and house keeping they immediately respond but i hope they could have done these things without asking for.
