The Greenwood Guwahati - A Luxury Boutique Hotel

Service of the hotel is too bad. To request something need to remind at least twice. To order something in the room it takes long time to reach.Spa doesn't have enough therapist. Food provided in the breakfast as very cold and poor quality.

The ambience was awsum, ***** with finger Licking food , too friendly staff, JAIN food made by Head Indian chef was too too delicious.The staff was so helpful ,friendly nd had a beautiful smile on their face. Overall experience was truly amazing.

I have been a regular to this property for over a period of 2 years now and all I can say is that the quality of the entire staff has been exceptional. I moved away from Vivanta and Radisson because of the following: 1.) The front desk staff, such as Mr. Krishna, whom I have known since my multiple stays at Radisson Hotel has gone beyond by always ensuring that guests such as ourselves are well taken care off, despite our hectic scheduling, the front desk team led by the likes of Mr. Khrishna will always give their best possible service to accommodate their customers. Other special mention and very customer centric members are Mr. Jyotishman Kalita, Mr. Mahadev, always ready to assist. 2.) The check in is so convenient that we even have the same experience with the restaurant staff, led by Mr. Jiteshnu, Mr. Bikram, Ms. Ananya, Ms. Rajneeta and also the Chef's efforts to always give their best. They have to be commended on all their efforts. 3) Even the security staff members are prompt and ever polite. A huge plus point. The entire staff has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Other 5 starred properties don't have this kind of dedicated staff. Very customer centric, always willing to go beyond their best to make the customer's experience that little bit special. And it works. We have been a repeat of the Hotel for a good 2 odd years now. 4) The rooms are great. Better than Vivanta in terms of quality and amenities. Prompt service by the House keeping staff of you ever need anything. Always ready to address any concerns of the customers. Extremely well appointed rooms from the bathrooms to the bed everything is just right worth every rupee spent. For this price point you're getting a true blue 5 starred room. At this rate and with the current management doing their best to out do other hotel properties I truly believe that Greenwood has established itself as one of Guwahati's best hotels if not, the best. I wish them the best and look forward to our next stay again.
