Karma Chalets has a unique charm that boasts nature vibes, elegant accommodations and a place where anyone can feel happy and relaxed at the same time. We are grateful to the staff for their efficiency and for ensuring we have the most pleasant stay. My two-year old enjoyed too. This place is highly recommended for those who want to take some time off from the busy city and just reconnect with nature, enjoy good food and bask in the serenity of the entire property.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The property, service, staff, food - everything was a solid 10/10. Not to forget, their amazing staff member Azhar & Shivangi were very warm & extremely helpful. Definitely going to be my go to staycation placw mocing ahead

very poor staff, very rude way of talking to guests, did not take care of our pet and were not welcoming at all. Verybad experience as far as staff is concerned. They did not talk in a good way and did not even try to find a solution for our issue. will never recommend it to anyone

Great experience. Very well maintained property. Away from city noise. Property tour is a must. Pet friendly. Clean area and nice atmosphere. Courteous and friendly staff especially Ranjeeta, Balvinder and Nikesh. Sports area is maintained with good facilities. Food is awesome. Great variety. All in all a good experience.

Our stay at Karma Chalets was nothing short of magical, and we are already looking forward to coming back! The energy and vibration of the place touched us deeply. In a world filled with commercial hotels, you have chosen to create something truly unique..a boutique retreat that feels like a home away from home. Every little detail, from the nameplates on the rooms to the thoughtfully designed signboards, reflect the love and care poured into this space as if every element has been crafted with devotion.. it's like creating taj mahal! The people working at Karma Chalets are a reflection of its beauty. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made our experience even more special. A special mention to Mr. Abhay, Mr. Jitin, and Mr. Balwinder, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Abhay greeted us with such a warm smile, patiently explained everything about the property, and even offered us a complimentary drink that was so good I couldn’t resist asking for a second one! Jitin's professionalism and way of treating a guest is really good and Balwinder is so calm, caring and warm. They all helped us throughout our stay and even surprised us with card games to enjoy. I truly believe that food carries the energy of those who prepare it, and that thought crossed my mind when we dined at Under the Neem - Chef Alam is an exceptional talent....every meal we had, from Indian to continental, was exquisite. Moreover, Alam seems like a very good human being especially in the way he spoke to us and the way he was open to making tiny changes in the dishes. He is a humble and down to earth person. Of course the original creator of these dishes - mr. Ravi tej must be given the credit. For example - the egg benedict stands out, the OG pizza stands out, the biryani stands out, etc. Also, the restaurant staff is the heart of the place, and I don’t know where you found such wonderful individuals, but they are gems! Their warmth and dedication shine through in everything they do. Miss Jolly lives up to her name..she is such a delight! Her cheerful smile and great food suggestions made our meals even more enjoyable. We also had great conversations with her and she was very good at making us feel more than welcome. Mandal is an extremely soft spoken and shy personality which gives him the perfect blend that helps him to be so good at what he does. Divya, Arbaaz, and Akash also served us with kindness and warmth, and their hard work was evident in every interaction. Ranjitha at the reception and Sachin from the service room team were also incredibly kind and helpful. The feminine creativity that Mrs.anu and Vanshika have infused into Karma Chalets makes it more than just a place..it’s an experience. Had a wonderful stay!! A serene retreat offering a blend of modern amenities and natural surroundings. The property is clean, has a stylish decor and very attentive staff. Provides a refreshing escape from city life. Shout out to Ranjeeta Vaid, Shivangi and Abhay for making the stay that much more comfortable.
