Superb Family Stay at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur. We recently stayed at ITC Welcome Hotel in Guntur, and the experience was truly exceptional. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond their limits to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for us. We will never forget the incredible time we spent at Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Guntur. Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Guntur is a very well maintained centrally located property of Guntur. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, particularly Mr Prakash ji, Executive Chef, who ensured, that we felt at home from the moment we arrived (till our departure). A special mention of Mr Sumit ji, Food Minister and Mr Rahul ji, Front Desk Officer for their remarkable service and attentiveness. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and always available to assist us with any requests. The front desk team was polite, helpful, and courteous, Also the housekeeping staff were also very responsive. Our room no 1805 on the top floor, was thoughtfully equipped. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is effective, the beds are comfortable, and the linens are impeccably very clean. After a good night’s sleep, we had a Superb wide-spread buffet breakfast, which had everything, with no scope of further improvement. The dinner was also exceptionally excellent. We enjoyed it. All the hotel's amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, spa, and pool, were impressive. Ecofriendly products have been used by this hotel to save the environment. We also loved spending time at the poolside area, which was beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxation and photoshoot. We sincerely convey our special thanks for treating us like a VIP. Thank you, ITC Guntur, for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable! The great hygiene and best feel inside the hotel and especially the clean and fresh smell in my room was the best and mentionable. Our stay in the ITC hotel at Guntur was exceptional. Very special mention of General Manager, Sh Rajesh Nath, under whose able leadership this hotel will touch new heights and laurels. We were so impressed by his special love and hospitality, that we have booked our stays at ITC KHIMSAR and ITC Grand Goa for March 2025.
