Enjoy evenings in the hot-tub, or on the putting green as dinner is grilled on the Blackstone, then wake up and enjoy coffee at the kitchen table and admire the lake-view through the wall of windows. Since 2022 the house has gotten new fencing, a putting green, a new PAC-MAN machine, a new 2-story Trex deck, and a new boat dock. Privately owned, managed, and cared for.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).All pets must be cleared by owner.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.All smoking materials must be properly disposed of.About events:Events allowed.Maximum event attendees: 20,All events must be cleared by owner.
