The hotel is on the ridge and is being maintained neatly and nicely. Limited dinner options but is sufficient. Rooms are small. It was freezing cold at night., thanks to mr.shabbeer, the front desk manager., for arranging room heater in an ultra swift manner. Its one of the better options to stay for a short time at Gulmarg for a small family., Nice experience on a short stay

Worst hotel stay. Below standard rooms not worth the cost. Property is not well maintained. Don't go with the images on website. And to add further, Some construction work is going in the vicinity of this hotel, whole night till 6am some drilling and hammering work was in process. Our sleep was totally disturbed. When contacted at reception of this noise, they said we cannot resolve this.

Pathetic hotel to stay. No service no support to guests. Please don’t go by pictures on different portals or website. It is below average hotel than guesthouse. Front and back of hotel are messy you won’t feel like seat there for sometime. Food is not at all good. In terms of all drinks they have only one option kahwa that’s it. Overall not worth to spend money.

The hotel is well located and within walking distance of the starting point of " Gondola(cable car) ride. the upkeep was quite upto the mark, and the ambience was very good, On the whole, a hotel of very good standard.

I started here with my family for 2 nights the location of this hotel is very nice .Rooms of this hotel is very nice me and my familly satisfy with this hotel Alpine Ridge..Mostly Yawar the manger of this hotel is very nice person and he helps us to solve the lot of things thank you Yawar ..The staff of this hotel is very nice coperatve and giving good service.. Thank You

The Normal twin sharing room is congested however there are bigger problems, Food was average, WIFI didn't work most of the time and there excuse was that we are closer to the border that is why, When asked for Television, they said the wire was cut by the Monkeys, and most irritating part was the central heater which can't be turned off inside the room and you have to open the window to breathe.

This is hotel housed in a fairly old building. The rooms in the back side are pretty run down and construction quality is poor, specially the bathroom of the family rooms. The rooms facing the road /in front are better. The buffet spread both for dinner and breakfast is limited but the food tasted good. The staff was responsive and friendly.

The most terrible experience. Staff was extremely disrespectful and rude. The room were so bad and unhygienic. We had to shift in an hour and book another hotel. We wasted our entire day of our trip.

Cool and Calm Atmosphere I relly happy and my wife is also hppy to stay in this Hotel Alpine Ridge she is very hppy beacuse of this Alpine Ridge gives Us Shoping like Pashmine showls stalls and Mr Shakeel shab He will deal this Shoping . He is very Good nature person .. in infact all staff is very good and Very Humble persons i love that staff and when ever i came and i vill be stay in Alpine Ridge Thank You Hole Staff members #Alpine Ridge
