Horrible customer service! Our flight and train(optional) got cancelled and they didn’t refund the booking amount. Not even ready to listen to logic! Keep parroting the same excuse without trying to understand the situation. Worst way to deal.

Hello All, I had one of the worst experience in this restaurant as compared to the restaurants I had been before. To start with- 1. Order was delayed by 1Hr. 2. Waiter did not even bother to serve the ordered food. 3. Worst ever Biryani that I ate spending 750/- that did not even fill stomach of three. 4. Chicken drumstick costing 360/- had 8 pieces covered with capsicum and wet Onion used to fill the plate. 5. Biryani’s Curry and Curd had flavors of Turmeric that did not taste good. 6. My dad ordered Veg Biryani costing 240/- that had no proper taste and no curry to compensate the same. Overall I feel that I wasted my 1500/- on my Anniversary. Think before you choose..

I am regular customer of Lumbini grand I visit here twice every year. Room service and reception persons are very polite. Excellent 5 star rating.i give them 5 start for all services........ And its rates are very cheap but ambience of room is like 5 star hotel

Had visited Hotel Grand on a business trip where I met Mr. Mashak the f and b manager who had taken care of me very professionally. His knowledge about food and his suggestions regarding the cusine is too good. Plz ask for Mashak when you visit here....
