Hotel is very clean, but the location is not so convenient, hotel is unable to provide international charging socket. I brought two rounds pin charger which is unable to use. Hotel staff is helpful to provide some needs, except charging issues.

先説優點，地理位置應該是唯一的優點了，開車或者地鐵都很方便，黔靈山公園門口，出門10m到公園大門。
然後槽點：
1.停車場沒有電梯，且衹能停在最下面那層應該是負二層，並且沒有步道，衹能走機動車道拿着行李箱上來。
2.這家應該是一個飯店，進門就是飯店宴會廳，不仔細找不到辦理入住，沒有單獨的酒店大堂。如果剛好遇到有宴席就會很吵。
3.私湯房某一間和房間圖片介紹不一致，很不幸，這次遇到了，圖2就是這間房的私湯……
4.客房電梯壞的，如視頻，按了沒反應，衹能走另一邊的觀光電梯。
5.廁所浴室門關不緊，洗澡水會流出來，馬桶按鈕很難按動，要兩衹手的手指一起使勁往下摁才會出水。
綜上所述，如果能接受這些，也不是不能住。

經常自駕遊的人 這家真的是人生中最差的體驗 沒有之一
簡單來説，沒有服務，遇事沒有擔當 不承認問題 還特別坑
到了之後市政修路 在離得遠的那段是我們自己協調的
馬上到酒店門口了 電動車堵路根本過不去
前台下來 第一句話 她覺得能過去 你蹭蹭吧
本人經常自駕遊 這小姐姐一看就不會開車的住，可得知其説話可靠性
第二句話 我也不知道那些電動車都誰的 她能怎麼辦
好不容易等人家買完東西 自己移走了
在多次強調住店客人的情況下，強制我們直接開下B3層。
他們衹有B1層有電梯能到酒店
B3層衹能自己拖着大箱子 沿着車道的大上坡 一層一層爬上來
怎麼可能呢 B3還沒信號
我們衹能重新開車上去
這下可好了出口三面分別是電動車棚 大轉彎的出口有桿子攔住 和人家小區門口
唯一的一面又被市政攔住了，又過不去了
又多次致電給他們前台 經理協調
半小時過去了 一點問題沒解決 他們試圖解決點方式 就是下來 看着市政的車，跟施工人員毫無溝通
這時候我們離試圖入住的時間已經過去接近1小時了
最後終於停好車，回房間還沒熱水（我們有一個小夥伴有急事兒等不及了 先到房間了，放水了15分鐘 還沒熱水）
又叫了阿姨修 浴缸 遇事 洗手枱 三個管道同時放熱水 又15分鐘過去了 還是沒熱水 阿姨自己也承認有問題 找前台出去修了
最後好不容易修好了，人家經理姍姍回電 哎呀 有熱水了吧 就是有熱水呀 別的房間都沒這個問題 （難道這又是我們客人的問題？）
真的是無了個大語
強烈警告大家慎重選擇！！！

小妹妹服務非常好👍房內設施也OK，地理位置就在黔靈山南門口，看猴很方便，離菜市場也很近。但實話講不推薦，1️⃣因為旁邊在修地下商場要修很久，打車根本到不了，拉着拉桿箱要走很遠不説，酒店還有一個很長的樓梯，很費膝蓋。2️⃣酒店的電梯同樣也要爬一段樓梯才能做。另一個電梯在高峯時段衹能上不能下。3️⃣安排了一個窗外是他們舉辦酒店禮堂的內室房間，三樓開窗有一個大高台，還有幾個椅子，看着很嚇人，兩個女生想換房間，被告知還剩下的同價位房間下水道很臭，否則要加八十元換一個看着差不多的房間。服務真的很熱情，前台小姐姐人非常好。

趕在國慶前錯峯出行，去的時候酒店人不是特別點，前台小姐姐的服務也特別熱情，淡季出行的原因小姐姐還免費給我們升級了房型，房間很寬敞，升級的是他們的觀影房，房間的投影也很好很清晰，衞生間乾濕分離很方便，房間裏面還有小桌子小沙發，回房間不想躺床上住着也很舒服，不過最方便的還是地理位置！就在黔靈公園南門口，下樓就是，邊上就是小吃一條街什麼特色美食都有，去地鐵站也很方便，走路200米左右吧就到了。反正總的來送真的很不錯！推薦大家來

這家酒店還真不錯！環境真的沒話説，大廳精緻又大氣，房間寬敞乾淨，床睡得特別舒服～細節處處能感受到酒店的用心。最重要的是地理位置太優越了！黔靈山公園南門樓下就是！周邊小吃雲集，熱門景點3公里內！輕鬆打卡貴陽所有必玩必吃，簡直不要太方便！強烈安利給所有來貴陽旅遊的小夥伴！

這家酒店的特色就是私湯，到店裡面聽前台小妹介紹之後覺得還不錯！就升級了這個房間！房間裏面的兩張床都還挺大的！睡四個人都足夠了，還是特別可愛的童趣主題風！還有一個小帳篷！很舒服！私湯花園就在房間裏面！私密性超級好！特別適合一家人出遊逛累了之後放水一起放鬆一下！太推薦大家來了！一定要來試試他家的私湯花園！很有特色很舒服！

有一説一這酒店的小細節還是做得挺不錯的！乾濕分離的衞生間，可伸縮發光化粧鏡！超大內嵌投影幕布，清晰度也很不錯，雖然沒有影視會員，但是投屏也很方便～放着喜歡的音樂化粧，感覺很愜意～房間很寬敞也很乾凈衞生～這位置！這服務！這房間大小！相信我！絕對物超所值！
