La primera estrella es para el personal del hotel, el servicio es excepcionalmente bueno. Nos ayudaron con el equipaje y resolvieron nuestros problemas con paciencia.
La segunda estrella es para la ubicación del hotel. A 5 minutos de Wangfujing, súper cerca de la Montaña del Elefante a pie, Dongxi Alley está a tiro de piedra y la calle peatonal Zhengyang está justo abajo.
La tercera estrella es para las instalaciones del hotel. Tenían todas las comodidades que pudieras necesitar durante tu estancia, y el té de limón y hibisco de la recepción estaba delicioso.
La cuarta estrella es para la limpieza del hotel. La ducha estaba impecable, sin rincones sucios ni manchas de agua.

Por la mañana, al abrir la ventana, se pueden ver los picos reflejados en el río, una vista más hermosa que un cuadro. La habitación tiene un cómodo estilo neochino, con separadores de madera y grandes ventanales que hacen que el espacio sea luminoso y sofisticado. La ropa de cama es muy suave, lo que garantiza un sueño súper cómodo. Definitivamente, hay que probar el restaurante en la azotea con vistas al río; disfrutar de la comida local mientras se admira el paisaje de montañas y ríos desde la ventana hace que todas las preocupaciones se desvanezcan. Además, el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerca de la Montaña de la Trompa de Elefante y de los Dos Ríos y Cuatro Lagos, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. El servicio también es muy atento, desde el check-in hasta el check-out.»

N.º 3 en la lista Gama alta en Guilin«Instalaciones: Viajamos con un bebé pequeño y las instalaciones eran completas: dispensador de agua potable, secadora, paraguas e incluso horquillas para el pelo de las niñas. ¡No hay nada que se te ocurra que el hotel no tenga! También hay una zona de juegos para niños, gimnasio, piscina y un lugar para hacer manualidades. Cada área no es muy grande, pero tiene todo lo esencial. Limpieza: La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal de limpieza venía a limpiar cada vez que necesitábamos algo. Entorno: Al abrir las cortinas se ve el río Li y un parque al lado. Es muy fácil llegar a cualquier sitio y el entorno es precioso. Servicio: ¡¡¡El servicio es especialmente digno de mención!!! Todo el personal tiene una actitud de servicio excelente. Vinimos dos familias y nos organizaron habitaciones contiguas para nuestra comodidad. Llegamos alrededor de las 10 de la mañana y como los huéspedes anteriores se fueron temprano, la habitación ya estaba limpia y nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes de tiempo, sin poner pegas por no ser la hora. Durante nuestra estancia, siempre intentaron satisfacer cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. Como en Guilin llueve mucho, había muchos pétalos de flores en nuestro coche al irnos, y el gerente de turno nos lo limpió amablemente. Después del check-out, el gerente vio que nos íbamos y se ofreció a ayudarnos a llevar el equipaje al coche. También nos dieron un regalo de recuerdo con especialidades locales y nos preguntaron si teníamos alguna sugerencia para mejorar, y siempre intentaron satisfacer y aplicar las sugerencias. En todos los aspectos, no se podía encontrar ninguna falla, ni siquiera queriendo. Después de irnos, la señora de la limpieza se dio cuenta de que habíamos olvidado algo, nos envió una foto inmediatamente y, como no nos habíamos ido muy lejos, dimos la vuelta a recogerlo. ¡¡¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!!! ¡¡¡La relación calidad-precio también es excelente!!! ¡¡¡Incluso hay una piscina en la azotea, así que trae tu bañador!!! ¡¡¡La experiencia fue increíble!!! No es exagerado decir que podrías pasar todo el día en el hotel, jajaja.»

«La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena, está muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas, a solo unos minutos en coche. Vine a Guilin con unos amigos y, después de comparar varios hoteles, finalmente nos decidimos por este. ¡Superó nuestras expectativas! El diseño con ducha y WC separados es muy práctico, y el colchón tiene la firmeza justa; una buena noche de sueño elimina todo el cansancio. También tienen una lavandería de autoservicio, lo cual es genial para gente perezosa como nosotros, ¡jajaja! Los aperitivos y el café en el vestíbulo también están muy bien.»

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, muy fácil de encontrar, y es conveniente para ir a comer o visitar las atracciones turísticas, la mayoría a pocos minutos a pie.
Desde el momento en que entras a la recepción, te sientes muy a gusto.
Primero, el servicio del personal de recepción fue excelente, ayudándonos con el equipaje de principio a fin. Incluso nos prepararon bebidas frías refrescantes para el verano y explicaron pacientemente todas las instalaciones de la habitación.
Segundo, la limpieza de la habitación es impecable, todo está muy limpio y el baño es espacioso. Además, nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con mejores vistas. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente... realmente bueno!»

2026 Asia 100 - Hoteles pintorescos«¡Qué importante fue elegir el lugar adecuado para mi viaje a Guilin con mi madre! El hotel Boyin es un paraíso escondido entre los dos ríos y los cuatro lagos. Los paisajes son impresionantes, el ambiente es sereno y el servicio es impecable. Desde que entramos, nos sentimos como en casa gracias al atento servicio de conserjería. El día de la salida, diluviaba, y dos conserjes del vestíbulo nos acompañaron con paraguas hasta el autobús turístico del río Li. El autobús recogía a huéspedes de otros hoteles en la ciudad de Guilin, y al comparar, vimos que en los demás no acompañaban a los huéspedes hasta el vehículo; solo el hotel Boyin ofreció este excelente servicio detallado. No nos mojamos ni una gota, lo cual nos conmovió mucho. El desayuno del hotel es excelente, con fideos de arroz de Guilin y té de aceite, ambos auténticos sabores de Guangxi. Lo que más nos gustó fue la extrema frescura de los platos y las frutas, y la cocción al momento. Por ejemplo, la sopa de pollo con longan se preparaba fresca cada día en pequeños cuencos. Nos quedamos tres días y comimos con mucha energía. La crema de chocolate y la mantequilla de cacahuete para el pan se abrían directamente de botes nuevos, sin ningún aditivo. También había postres exquisitos, mucho mejores que los sencillos desayunos de pan occidental de otros hoteles de cinco estrellas. El clima en Guangxi es caluroso, y el hotel ofrecía té fresco de Luo Han Guo durante todo el día, lo que nos ayudó a mantenernos frescos. La decoración de la habitación es muy agradable, lujosa y moderna, con un toque bohemio; tener una sala de meditación fue muy relajante, y cualquier foto que tomamos dentro o fuera de la habitación parecía de revista. La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada. Desde el balcón de nuestra habitación, pudimos ver el festival de canto matutino del tercer mes del calendario ***** en los dos ríos y los cuatro lagos de Guilin, con las torres gemelas del Sol y la Luna y los barcos turísticos a la vista, todo ello en un ambiente tranquilo y sin ruido. Todo fue perfecto. Durante nuestra estancia, desde los conserjes hasta el gerente del restaurante del vestíbulo, todos nos ayudaron a coordinar nuestras necesidades, preguntando atentamente nuestras opiniones y sugerencias sin molestarnos. Cada aspecto y experiencia en el hotel nos dejó a mi madre y a mí maravilladas. Una estancia cómoda, una comida deliciosa y un tiempo divertido: esto es lo que significa unas vacaciones de alta calidad. Después nos alojamos en muchos otros hoteles de cinco estrellas, pero el servicio del hotel Boyin nos pareció absolutamente perfecto.»

«Muy buena relación precio calidad. Típico Holiday Inn Express. Habitación amplia, buen baño, sin armarios. Nos tocó la habitación 607 con gran ventanal y vistas a la plaza. Desayuno básico. Excelente ubicación cerca de atracciones y con taxis disponibles en la puerta del hotel. El laundry corner siempre es un plus, todo gratis, incluido el jabón. El personal atento y simpático. En la recepción asesoran muy bien sobre las actividades que se pueden realizar y te asisten en la contratación de los servicios. Estoy contenta de haber elegido este hotel para hospedarme en Guilin.»

El desayuno estuvo muy bien todos los días; siempre me tomaba un cuenco de fideos. El horario del desayuno, de 7:00 a 10:00, me vino genial a mí, que me gusta levantarme tarde. Además, desde el área del desayuno había unas vistas muy bonitas, incluso se veía el río Taojiang con una pequeña piscina en el hotel. En la novena planta había también una pequeña zona de juegos para niños. Y cada día, al volver de mis excursiones, la señora de la limpieza me dejaba la habitación impecable.»

Caminar hasta las Pagodas del Sol y la Luna y la Colina del Elefante es muy cómodo. Segundo, el servicio es súper atento. Después de comprender nuestro itinerario, hice una serie de arreglos perfectos. Hice un plan basado en mi itinerario y agregué información de contacto. El servicio fue muy cálido y sincero. Nos dieron una gran habitación con vistas el primer día que llegamos. La habitación tenía muy buena orientación y una vista amplia. Porque informé con anticipación que llevaría de vacaciones a mi hija que acababa de terminar su examen de ingreso a la universidad.
