El ambiente general es bueno, limpio e higiénico y el espacio es espacioso. El servicio de recepción es entusiasta y el departamento de ingeniería puede resolver rápidamente el problema de que el aire acondicionado no pueda encenderse. Es conveniente solicitar un servicio de transporte en la planta baja.

In General the hotel was good. However, I chose the hotel because of its pool and it was closed. Trip.com helped me to be compensated and find out why, and the answer was it wasn’t hot enough to open it (it was 35 degrees). It was clean tho and the staff was polite.

Certainly not a relaxing stay - the room walls were very thin and you could hear absolutely everything other guests were saying throughout the evening. Seemed intent on having conversations in the corridor until 3am!
The room smelt strongly of smoke and the location left much to be desired. Won't be going back.

房間乾淨整潔衞生，採光通風，很安靜，帶着孩子再酒店住了幾天（՞ਊ՞）👍，早餐也不錯，點心水果，飲品，炒菜，都有，很棒而且酒店位置很不錯，離周邊景區方便極了，也不遠，散個步就到了，交通也很方便，旁邊就是七星景區
