Premier Inn Guildford North (A3)

In town centre, very convenient. Beefeater is next to the hotel. Difficult to find the reception but after all nice experience. Good value.

The stay read amazing the food was good also the bed was soft and nice the pillow was good also the food was amazing the staff was great the drive from London was good also very easy to find and I would recommend this hotel to all my friend and family so they can have a great experience

Simple. Cleanliness not great. Not too pricey but would not come back because it he toilets were not cleaned enough. The highlight was the bed and the parking. They also never answer the phone at reception. The location is ok. Overall it’s good value for £ but too dirty for my liking

Stayed for 3 nights mid week. Good Premier Plus room. Nice to have extra facilities especially the fridge in hot weather. Good location for visiting many Surrey attractions. Near the Lido and riverside walks. Good buffet breakfast. Evening meal available in attached Beefeater. Hotel is near busy A3, so not good if you like windows open at night. Otherwise fine.

The overall experience was very disappointing. Our room needed a complete refurb. There was mold on the walls around the window.The double glazing bars of our window had disintegrated. There was paint flaking from the ceiling and the soap dispensers in the bathroom were rusty. Also the USB points either side of the bed weren't working. Breakfast was a complete shambles! Admittedly it was a busy Easter weekend and the couple of staff that were there were trying to keep on top of things. But when we arrived there was only a couple of pieces of hot food, no bread for toast, hot drink machine not working, juice dispensers were empty and only 1 or 2 clean tables to sit at. I could go on!! We have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years but sadly after this experience we will be going elsewhere!.

Brilliant location, really clean and tidy, comfy huge bed and brilliant sized rooms. Very good value for money. The pillows and mattress are definitely up there for hotel stays. 100% recommend. Food & drink is reasonably priced too with great variety.
