以前住過的民宿都是靠近景區或者景點周邊，難得能在廣州的市中心看到一家民宿，這次入住真的給我帶來不一樣的驚喜跟發現，管家團隊的服務跟標準都非常高，專業又熱情細緻，民宿的設備設施也是非常完善出色，下午在園林的鞦韆吹風，喝着咖啡，晚上在露台花園坐着沙發喝着酒，都是非常好的體驗。

2024年1月開業就關注到的民宿，種草已久。開業當年就入選了黑松露，更加讓我好奇。這次staycation真的很愉快。 酒店距離深圳福田開車2小時，坐落在從化的市區，鬧中取靜的選址。 整個酒店處處能感到老闆是個調性十足的細節控，房間的花器和茶具，連早餐的柴燒咖啡杯都是精心挑選過的，彷彿隔空看到老闆在景德鎮等各處蒐羅喜愛之物，陳列給趣味相投的住客。 意外地很喜歡衞生間區域，頭頂的透明玻璃巧思讓衞生間能接受自然天光，化粧友好，垂直灑下的天光又不會射到休息區域影響睡眠。洗漱台是整塊巖板，淋浴間的木地板設計很高級舒適。 早餐是很好吃的，地方很小但品類不算少，河粉尤其好吃，房間裏送的mini bar和小零食都狠狠加分。房間的茶葉很甜，靠一壺茶對着庭院消磨了一上午時間。 尤其喜歡酒店安排的room tour環節，可以參觀其他的房間，像是老闆真誠地把自己的設計傑作分享給往來旅客。參觀完後，你會驚訝於老闆的想法，整間酒店36個房間➕一套別墅，居然設計出了n種不同的房型，日式、中式、峇裏島式，且都各有亮點。問過才知道老闆自己就是設計師，真·設計狂魔。酒店公區不大，但每個區域都有各自的調性，每間庭院房的造景都會利用綠植本身的形態幫助造景，真的很漂亮。 已經被深深種草上別墅，太適合做party和團建了，主人房到了10月窗外是紅紅的柿子樹，次主卧是竹景落地窗。峇裏島房型也很烏布，庭院裏的芭蕉樹一把拉回東南亞，老闆真的我respect！ 管家服務很在線，在微信上一直保持高效回覆，所有員工迎來送往，包括保潔，可以感受到老闆對員工的培訓是按五星酒店標準來要求的。 還是要提一些不足建議，第一早餐咖啡要是有現磨咖啡機就好了；第二是早餐的粉可以煮小碗一些，我周圍幾桌都沒吃完，我也浪費了感到很愧疚；不足是酒店的泳池確實小了一些，更多是泡湯向的一家民宿。

設施：説是民宿，其實我覺得完全按照一個五星級酒店的標準去建造的，房間的洗刷用品，吹風機 喝的飲用水，🥛飲料 茶包 放音樂的音響都是非常好的品牌，處處見檔次，絲絲看到用心🈵 衞生：還是很不錯的，但是🏡別墅洗手間洗手間裏面的地板和一樓床靠着的木地板，可能當時防水還是沒有做到位 加上住客洗完澡都是濕漉漉的直接踩在地板上 已經造成了發黑發黴的現象，大大為老闆的💰金錢心疼 應該很快又要翻新的了💰這部分🧐🤨 環境：設計確實用了心，園林弄得很高雅，燈光佈局也很美 一進民宿到處都是打卡點，沉浸在山林裏的愛馬仕😘😘😘大片的竹林，房間兩層樓的落地大玻璃景觀，確實獨此一家，非常震撼😍😍😍美呆了....... 服務：基本上都是很到位的 但是5月3號中午的中餐還有兩桌客人在用餐 時間還沒到14：00 已經沒有工作人員在現場了，想打包剩餘的飯菜都找不到人要在微信羣裏喊人才到位 這個不太好，細節沒做到位 至少要有一個工作人員去跟進的 無論當天🈶多忙 建議加強🤔🤔🤔 缺點：1：房間燈光太昏暗了，無論是出於格調和氛圍感的設計 都是不合理的，特別是🏡別墅裏🈶一個長樓梯，長者家👴和小孩子晚上上下樓的時候會很危險，🚾廁所浴室裏麪的燈光也太暗了，本來就是在山裡 光源少 室內光線不夠 造成人晚上在裏面時很壓抑，眼睛很疲憊，不可能一進房間就是睡覺的嘛，這麼美的環境坐下來喝點東西聊聊天，本是樂事，但進去後整個視覺感覺不舒服😔就有點敗筆了這裏 還存在上下樓磕到的安全隱患😜😜😜 2：民宿的餐飲比較拉分 早餐做得不錯，但是自助部分客人都吃完了很多受歡迎的時候，就不再補充了，造成後面想加的客人或者遲來吃早餐的客人做到那個區域空空如也的，顯得小氣了！應該及時添加 特別是重大的節假日，份量要備夠😋😋衹有🍲火鍋 沒有多選擇炒整燜等的一些傳統粵菜，確實有點美中不足了，好的餐飲絕對是給民宿加分的👏👏

園景私人浴池及帳篷房間。 整體服務滿意, 但對於硬件上還需要有很大的改善空間, 相比其他品牌酒店, 價錢不太合理。 值得一讚酒店的管家, 他真很落力為客人提供服務, 配合客人需要 酒店位置較偏遠，上山是單程路, 又斜又高又窄又多急灣， 我們聘用的司機, 也覺得很危險, 一般的司機技術有限, 建議聯絡酒店安排接送上山。 園景房間+帳篷房間發現的問題 ⛔房中浴池有很多漂浮物 ⛔ 戶外浴池更多昆蟲 ⛔️ 房門鎖匙開門關門困難 ⛔ 酒店wi-fi完全用不到，在田園區簡直是斷聯 ⛔ 山上網絡接收亦很困難 ⛔全晚青蛙叫, 大風到帳篷好似吹起， 難以入睡 ⛔️ 晚上房間的燈開了等於冇開 ⛔ 晚上欠缺街燈， 尤其是行落帳篷區域, 上落比較危險，如果有小朋友，因為完全沒燈， 青蛙大隻到好似拳頭咁大, 好恐怖 ⛔️ 房間是沒有電視 ☝🏻餐廳menu 午餐晚餐都是同一個有限款式, 味道可以接受, 但價錢不成正比 建議計劃行程的朋友, 上山前準備足夠糧食。 由於山路危險所有**都不提供服務, 酒店只有餐廳， 沒有什麼便利店
