Weird smell in the room looks a bit not clean, kinda noisy feels like you are at construction site, not easy to use toilet it’s really close to the basin theres no enough space for your leg to sit comfortably even I’m not tall, we couldn’t use WiFi because of them technical issues, checkin wasn’t so smooth too…

I always stay at this hotel every time I visit company in Guangzhou. I like the service, especially laundry service which is very convenient for a long stay.
However, during my trip in Jan, they cancelled breakfast while still shown here in Trip.com that it’s included. So I need to skip my breakfast everyday instead, even though they return cash to me, but it’s still not convenient.
Overall service is nice. A little change apart from breakfast would be toilet facilities. They cut off many things. Like cotton buds and facial pads, conditioners. I went to ask from the lobby and received something. In the past everything was provided for us. So these changes meant a lot for me.

The Hotels Service is excellent. The Check-In process was easy and the room is up to Standard. When I first arrived they seemed to have forgotten a few things (water Shampoo and so on), but quickly brought it in the afternoon. The Hotel looks quite nice and also has a lobby. But a few things in the room seem old and the room was located right next to a construction site. Still I slept comfortably. Area was otherwise in the middle of yuexiu / Tianhe and therefore a good resting point fot any other travel activities.

The hotel service was great, they didn't speak much English but did all they could to accommodate to us. The rooms are a little small but they are very comfortable, the only thing was the bathroom not working properly but the front desk manage that quickly. Would recommend!
