The hotel architecture was designed by KTGY Design Firm in Thailand, with interior design from P49 Design Group in Thailand, and landscape design completed by a consortium of Singapore and Thailand's Belgaolin. Great place what can reach without train from Guangzhou. Great swimming pool. Nice separate cozy rooms. Tasty breakfast and hotel restaurant or room food delivery. Nearby nice park with river, if take Didi and move little bit far to forest there amazing waterfall. Perfect for weekend to rest from big city life.

The hotel is generally good, but as I was tired, and I couldn’t make it to the breakfast, a waiter answered impolitely to my girlfriend, saying that she cannot take even a coffee to my room.

Chill and laid back. Good service with front desk. The outdoor swimming pools may not be fully open if you go during off peak time. Worthwhile for a short getaway trip.

The service was Excellent! We are a family of 4 traveled as first time to Conghua. The hotel's facilities are all superb. Mr.Victor Liang who is a hotel manager support us since booking and during our stay 2 days 1 night there. The room is clean. My kids love to spend their times there as there are lot of different types of hot springs. They want to go back there after we just reached home! This hotel is a truly 5 stars hotel!

Excellent service, nice location, food was well taste at Thai restaurant. Only the pillow provided in the bed room was not good, but it was found that we could request other kind of pillow but it was too late. Suggest to offer the options of pillow by front office staff verbally upon check in.

I received very good service but do not expect they would understand full English conversation. Facilities are glamorous in Thai style. It def worth the money I paid.
FYI I paid 230 rmb to take a cab from Guangzhou East station to get to the resort, approx 1.5 hour of ride.

On the map it looks pretty far. So I used Didi to go there since it's my first time to congfa where the hotel is.
The receptionist was courteous and helpful. Most importantly I must compliment the resort's hot spring pools. It's got a number of types of hot spring pools eg ginseng, red wine , peppermint, ginger . All with different colours and nice. In addition there are swimming pools both indoors and outdoors as well as hot stone sauna and beds.
For meals you can walk to the restaurant (which we did when we felt like walking( or you can message reception for the buggy to fetch you.
To return to Guangzhou we actually took Didi to the congfa metro ( about 20 minutes) and ride the metro all the way to Guangzhou city.
It was a wonderful experience at the resort.
