Xinjie Apartment (Guangzhou Yuancun Subway Station)

酒店位於類似城中村裡麪，人來人往非常擁擠，房間屬於民用房改造，酒店的停車場非常狹窄而且經常性停滿車，一不小心就會剮蹭，如果不在車場內停車衹能到外面街道上停，人來人往也非常不方便。如果自駕車輛不建議在這裏住。

城中村的破賓館！社會青年集結地！臟亂破！二樓還是桌球廳！各種社會青年，特別吵！電梯炒一晚！男男女女大聲喧嘩！對面就是垃圾站！停車不好停！樓下商户故意擋車，不讓停！

這個價格在廣州也沒有太大的預期，就是為了性價比和有地方免費停車，剛開始給了我一間沒有打掃的房間，一進去就被嚇到了，前台小哥馬上給我換了一間。設施老舊，但一切都基本能正常使用，尤其熱水還挺給力的。遙控器電池蓋不見了，經常失靈，馬桶蓋掀起來會自動往下打下…其他的也都滿意，有機會再選擇吧。

Absolutely disgusting – our worst hotel in China! Our worst experience in China. Nothing like the photos or the reviews. From the moment we arrived, the smell of cigarette smoke filled every corner — lobby, hallways, even the rooms. Smoking seems completely normal inside this building. The room was dirty, dusty, and smelled terrible. The real shock came when we found a used *** *** in the bathroom and a floor mat soaked with a yellowish liquid. It was revolting. For this price, it’s a total scam. We’ve stayed in many places across China and found far better hotels for much less. Don’t trust the pictures or positive comments — they are completely misleading. Notre pire expérience en Chine. Rien à voir avec les photos ni avec les avis. Dès notre arrivée, une forte odeur de cigarette envahissait tout : réception, couloirs, chambres. Ici, fumer à l’intérieur semble normal. La chambre était sale, poussiéreuse, avec une odeur insupportable. Le choc : un sextoy usagé dans la salle de bain et un tapis imbibé d’un liquide jaunâtre. Écœurant. Pour le prix, c’est une honte. En Chine, on trouve bien mieux pour bien moins cher. Ne croyez pas les photos ni les avis positifs : ils sont trompeurs… faux À fuir absolument !

The place was pretty close to the Canton Fair, we paid about CN¥15 to a ride to Canton Fair. It's quite dirty everywhere in the common area. The elevator and hallways look like they haven't been cleaned for years. The room was ok, not too bad for the price

Don't go by the photos listed, this place is very dirty, unacceptable. Mould Dust and dirty glass, not to mention the Tv is just for looks, end up leaving early.. Think twice before booking this hotel ..
