GTOOO HOTEL

rating : 8.5/10 room is well cleaned, concierge is friendly and helpful, bed is comfortable, subway is right in front of the building. it's suitable for group of friends or family, we had a great stay! however, the location is hard to find due to no noticeable signage at the exterior of the building, we took a long time searching for the entrance under scorching sun (36°C). finally found the lift to go up only to find out the lobby is located at a different block. despite all these i would still come back for the comfortable stay and location :)

It was a good experience with GTOOO, their staff are all very polite, nice and offering good services. Some items to know: 1. No cooking apparatus in the hotel, including no dining set. A microwave oven is available at the front desk. 2. The front desk is the same level as the room. 3. Can have communication with the front desk through WeChat for all the time. Extremely friendly for introverts. 4. Can get bottled water from the front desk as there is no water dispenser. 5. It very near to a train station (燕岗), it is like directly built outside the one of the exit of the train station. However, I didnt see the lift (no asking the staff, self-exploration only) which connects the hotel gate with the train station/pickup point, therefore i have taken the stairs for the period of stay when I try to going out from the stay. Suggest to confirm with the staff about this (forget to ask about this throughout my stay) 6. Parcel can be mailed directly to the room. Yeah! Overall it was a smooth experience. It earns its full-stara rating from me.

If you looking for a kid friendly accommodation, the kids can have their own joyful moment while you can sit back & relax after a long day of shopping & sightseeing. This is the place! We choose this Elsa theme room because of the amenities & room capacity; it can accommodate up to 6 adults (3 separate bedroom) & two bathrooms with only RM300++ per day. The apartment style hotel is managed by few young people, they are very friendly & address your need at the utmost care. The cleanliness is superb! Because it’s newly opened. You couldn’t find it in other place in GuangZhou. Highly recommended for family with kids.

The hotel room is new, clean, and very kid-friendly. The kids stayed entertained while resting in the room.
