The Yulia homestay is located in the bustling central business district of Guangzhou CBD, with a very advantageous geographical location and a spacious and beautiful surrounding environment. Adjacent to the 5A level Guangzhou Tower Scenic Area and Chigang Tower Scenic Area, adjacent to the Guangzhou TIT Creative Park (Tencent WeChat headquarters), the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Thailand in Guangzhou, and the Consulate General of South Korea in Guangzhou. It only takes 8 minutes to walk to Guangzhou Tower Subway Station on Line 3/APM or Kecun Subway Station on Line 8. The store is fully covered by a high-speed 2000M network with technical support from China Telecom, and the entire floor is equipped with a fresh air system. This is not a BnB per se as they do not serve breakfast unless you pay for it. The location is nice, 500 yards from Guangzhou tower where there are nice restaurants. 500 yards in a different direction gets you to the Kecun metro station where the big Kecun mall (not sure what the name is) is located. Also lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly. They don't have a lot of rooms but their high-level (9th floor) rooms have great views.

房間衞生條件還不錯，老闆和服務人員都很熱情，距離小蠻腰很近，住的高級景觀房，躺在床上可以看小蠻腰，很贊！就是早餐種類不多，不過味道不錯！老闆娘人很熱情，就覺得還很值得！如果對早餐要求高可以不在店裡吃！下次去還會祝這家！

來廣州幾天住的都是一兩千價位的酒店 這家給我感覺是最好的 原本沒來之前看到網上這個酒店門頭是有點顧慮的 來了之後發現真的棒 剛下車酒店前台就出來幫拿行李 服務和態度都特別好 房間很大很乾凈 唯一不好的點就是房間內台階有點多 帶小朋友的話要注意

坐在房間欣賞小蠻腰是無敵的，窗外景色很美，但要選大床房，如果沒選可能看不到，但酒店位置到小蠻腰非常近，可以在廣州塔廣場各種角度拍照和吃，酒店附近出門向右沿着巷子走到頭就有地鐵，穿過馬路就有麗影廣場裏面吃的很多，另外酒店距離財富碼頭很近夜遊珠江很方便，總之酒店地理位置優越，周邊環境好，值得入住。

房間能看到雙塔，廣州塔還有個古塔赤崗塔。浴室水也很好，房間安靜，還有小度智能助手，孩子很愉快，住的很舒適。打車方便，走到廣州塔800多米十多分鐘就到，還可以騎共享單車。

賓館地理位置不錯，離地鐵站公交車站不遠。去沃爾瑪超市小蠻腰很方便。早餐花樣不適合很多，但是味道可口很乾凈。智能語音小度用起來方便，每天提供飲料礦泉水。唯一缺點就是洗澡熱水温度偏低。
