We had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our time in China. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
A special thanks to Li Yunyun, who went above and beyond to assist us. We had trouble making payments through WeChat and Alipay, but she kindly helped us resolve everything and ensured we got to the airport on time without any stress. Her dedication, patience, and kindness truly made a big difference in our experience.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting—great service and lovely staff!

認真的評價一下，這會返程的路上，今年是二刷長隆，之前過來不記得住哪裡了，這次選擇了性價比高的連鎖酒店，在攜程看了評價後選擇如家商旅，整體服務特別滿意，有免費的停車場，而且車位充足，前台小帥哥可以在幾秒內處理好車子出去的登記，效率之高；我們第一天入住很遲到酒店，前台小余妹妹温柔可愛，有求必應，將客户至上、熱情服務做到極致，説重點，房間乾淨整潔，1.8米大床房一家三口睡的很舒服，枕頭有分高低枕，像我這種挑枕頭的人都想問問哪裡買的，睡了兩天好覺；洗漱用品也蠻好，最主要是可以烘洗衣服，全程機器人幫忙取送，特別的方便快捷，很滿意，非常滿意；早餐種類豐富，肯定是可以滿足你的需求，在外面這幾天亂吃，早餐就是救命稻草，喝兩碗清粥，胃就舒服多了，感覺家裡的早飯似的，餐廳的大姐也很熱情，對小孩子很關愛，總是笑呵呵的在服務；離開廣州了，我還是很喜歡這座城市，來了那麼多次都不會膩，當然了，以後如果過來玩還是會優先考慮你們酒店，希望用更好的服務讓更多的客户感受到你們的專業，也希望因為你們高質量的服務，讓更多的人愛上廣州這座城市。以上點評是本人此刻真實的感受，希望可以幫助到有需要的人🥰

如家商旅不愧是連鎖品牌，品質有保障！酒店環境優雅，裝修簡約時尚，還有洗衣服務。房間寬敞明亮，採光很好，空調、電視等設備運行流暢。樓下就有便利店和小吃店，生活很便利。重點是價格親民，同等價位裏這家絕對是首選，已經安利給身邊準備去長隆玩的朋友了！

淋浴房小的轉不開身，這就算了，洗澡時，淋浴房的門也關不上，一關就彈開差不多20釐米關不上，打開也開不到底，關也關不上，洗澡時，淋浴房門包邊的玻璃條突然掉下來，把我嚇一跳，幸好是往外倒的，往裡倒下來，就砸到我了。酒店距離地鐵站，需要打車，步行是不可能走到的。除非你飯後散步，不趕時間，慢慢走。酒店早餐的地方，非常擁擠和吵雜，菜品很差，所有菜都是涼的，根本沒法吃。隔壁桌的一對男女，端着夾好的兩盤菜去找服務員，説用微波爐打一下，結果又端回來了，説沒有微波爐，然後隔壁桌的女的，就去接了一碗開水，把開水倒在盤子裏，把飯菜泡熱了吃，真是一波神操作，可想而知，菜有多冷。後來其他人也反應菜都是涼的，服務員才過來把菜盤下面的加熱爐打開，是要有多省啊加熱爐都捨不得開，一大早給顧客吃冷飯冷菜。我們也是草草隨便吃兩口走了，過渡酒店衹住一晚，也不要要求太高了。重點服務員態度也很一般，小酒店衹得這樣了，畢竟價格在這個地方，非必要不會再入住。感覺也很不安全。

前台小鄧服務很好，酒店還有洗衣服務無論是去商場購物，還是去景點遊玩，都非常方便。附近還有很多餐廳和小吃攤，品嚐當地食也變得很方便
