Hua Zhu Hotel (Luoxi Subway Station)

I had to change rooms due to a very strong smell and found this smell in several rooms before finding an adequate one that had a window that could be opened. I noticed the condition of the room was old and not well kept (stains, furniture corners ruined etc) The staff were friendly, hospitable and they did offer me a refund but at this stage I was still okay staying there as it was harder to move. After checking in and staying in the room I then noticed the lack of cleanliness. While the sheets are fresh, the room was not cleaned properly and this made me uncomfortable to use anything, there was toothpaste inside the mug, a lot of dust underneath the bed and on the mirror, hairs in random places… the toilet seat also literally moved slightly when I used it and it was unstable and I had to be careful. I had intention to extend my stay here originally, but quickly went on to find my next location as I did not feel comfortable in the space. The only positive is that it’s a private room with a big window and very spacious. The hotel could improve it a lot by simply giving everything a proper disinfecting and dusting hard clean…

這家酒店真的超讚！一進房間就能感覺到衞生做得特別好，地面乾淨得發亮，床鋪整理得整整齊齊，床品柔軟又舒適，躺上去就像被雲朵包裹，睡一覺起來渾身都舒坦。工作人員服務也很貼心，有任何需求都能及時響應並解決。而且停車也特別方便，車位充足，開車來的話完全不用擔心沒地方停。下次有機會肯定還選這兒！
