JJoannaI booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal.
One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months.
Cleanliness:
I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis).
Amenities:
I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future.
Service :
The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

Estaba celebrando mi cumpleaños y recibí un ascenso a una fantástica habitación Premier con vista al río en F98 y una botella de vino tinto y chocolate de fresa personalizado de cortesía.
La habitación maravillosamente diseñada era muy tranquila y acogedora, con la bañera más grande en la que me he bañado (en China), un secador de pelo Dyson, un altavoz Bose Bluetooth y buena conexión wifi. Los artículos de tocador eran de buena calidad y el minibar tenía una gran selección de bebidas, snacks y una máquina de café expreso. El mobiliario y los detalles de diseño, así como la iluminación, son magníficos. ¡Las cortinas electrónicas combinadas con la increíble vista de Guangzhou fueron la guinda del pastel!
El servicio de habitaciones era de buena calidad, pero las porciones eran un poco más pequeñas (pedí una ensalada y un pastel de chocolate). También tuve que pedirle al camarero que abriera la botella de vino y me trajera una copa de vino especial.
Disfruté inmensamente de mi masaje curativo (con aceites aromáticos y tazón de *******) (probablemente el mejor que he probado en China), pero el té y la merienda fueron un poco decepcionantes y la anfitriona simplemente te lleva a la sala de masajes y te acompaña mientras que a mí me hubiera gustado la experiencia de relajarme en la lujosa zona del spa (o ir a la sauna)... teniendo en cuenta el precio...
El gimnasio está totalmente equipado con modernas máquinas de cardio, pesas y zona de refrigerio, toallas, agua incluida. Me hubiera gustado hacer algo de yoga pero la sala de movimiento estaba cerrada con llave.
Las tarjetas de acceso son lindas, pequeñas, de forma cuadrada y están bien diseñadas, pero es molesto tener que usarlas en todas partes. Los elegantes ascensores rojos con adorables obras de arte lo transportan suavemente a uno de los bares, spas o piscinas más altos del mundo, pero al momento de pagar resultaron ser pequeños para todos aquellos que se apresuraban a obtener su DiDi.
El área de la piscina entre las nubes, es fantástica para pasar la mañana nadando, relajándose en el jacuzzi o en un cómodo y elegante mirador con una vista paradisíaca. También sería genial poder tomar un café o un cóctel junto a la piscina (pero esto no es típico en China).
Pasé las dos noches en el “Too High Bar” en F107, escuchando a la mejor banda de jazz de Guangzhou y a su hermosa y talentosa cantante Alejandra. También fueron excelentes los Negronis y Gin tonics de los años 20, preparados por el experto en cócteles Felipe, acompañados de anacardos picantes y snacks de algas.
La mayor ventaja es que todo el personal es muy profesional, trabajador y habla bien inglés, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera cómoda y sin problemas.

Cuando entré a la habitación, vi un pelo largo donde estaba colocada la toalla de baño.

La insonorización fuera de la ventana está bien, pero el sonido de la gente caminando y hablando fuera de la puerta es muy obvio.
La funda nórdica tenía algunas pequeñas manchas, las sábanas parecían estar bien.
Hay mosquitos en la habitación... (¿Por qué no tenéis mosquiteras en las ventanas?)
El robot de reparto de comida es bastante rápido.
Después de ducharme durante 10 minutos, el baño se bloqueó y el agua se desbordó... El baño se convirtió en una piscina...

WWayne9361El hotel está ubicado en el distrito de Tianhe. Es muy conveniente registrarse en Canton Tower y Haixinsha Park. Llegué a las 2 en punto para recoger la habitación. a la recepcionista Sammi por su excelente servicio y cortesía. Ella tomó la iniciativa de ayudarme a cancelar el pedido y me dejó. Volvimos a reservar una habitación para el día 26 y actualizamos 3 de nuestras habitaciones a habitaciones ejecutivas con cama King. También podemos ver la Torre Canton afuera. la ventana Muchas gracias🙏🏻. La habitación está muy limpia y bien equipada. El desayuno buffet del hotel tiene muchas opciones y sabe bien, una experiencia satisfactoria, definitivamente volveré la próxima vez.
