The facility is really old, but they keep it clean. You would feel like you went back in time with the decor as well. The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable. It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish. Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable. The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food. I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

市街地へのアクセスが最高でした！ 今回は子連れで訪れた旅行なので、子どもが喜ぶプールをと思い、予約しました！ プールの水は少し冷たかったですが、入ってしまえば問題ありません！

Los edificios, el hall, los corredores y los cuartos son muy limpios y limpios, las instalaciones como la bañera/la casa de baño son muy nuevas, las áreas alrededor de la cama son muy limpias, así que me gusta mucho. Sin embargo, la conexión Wifi es inestable, y durante tres días me quedaba a menudo interrumpida, y creo que hay margen para mejorar el entorno Wifi. Todo está bien, excepto el Wifi, incluyendo cartas de personal.

Sin embargo, el personal de limpieza me despertó varias veces durante la noche dando un portazo en la habitación de al lado. El edificio en sí es antiguo, por lo que es bastante ruidoso. Además, un día, los chinos de abajo estaban celebrando una fiesta hasta alrededor de las 24:00, y había tanto ruido que no pude evitar sentirme incómodo. Le advertí, pero ella no dejaba de hacer ruido. Reservé este hotel pensando que sería un hotel tranquilo, así que me decepcionó.

Immediately greeted by staff upon entry. We were quickly informed of the IHG free membership and given our room cards. We were then kindly directed by staff to the elevator. Elevator controls are on the outside of each floor so you need to keep in mind if chosen wrong floor by accident. We had selected the Premium King bedroom with ocean view on the 4th floor. View is nice but would recommend higher floor if you’d like to take pictures of the scenery better. Big Samsung 55 inch wall mounted TV. The TV had options for shoes, hotel information etc. I was hoping to use my Roku to stream but I could not access the HDMI port behind the TV. Free high speed wifi was very convenient. No Password so easy to use. The room itself was great! Many USB and power ports both near bed and desks. You’ll also be pleased with how many light options there are for this room. Great to choose the perfect ambience you want. Very clean and plentiful freebies within. The Robes were high quality and very comfortable. Aircon controls were easy and very good. Bathroom was immaculate with cold and hot water with many small and large towels. We had ordered room service and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff called a few times to confirm the contents of our order when prepping. We were told 45-1hr but food came well within 30 min from kind staff. I was keen to see the gym amenities. You need your card to access the room in 1st floor. The gym is small and mainly has cardio machines, dumbbells and 1 master tower band weight machine. All you need for a full workout but may be inconvenient if there are multiple guests wanting to use the room. An extended gym with more equipment would be my biggest recommendation. Overall we were very happy with our stay! I would visit again in the future for sure. Highly recommend the new Crowne Plaza Hotel.
